I'm a Canadian customer who made an order from Amazon in the USA on July 10th. Tracking through their app reveals that the package arrived in Vancouver on July 11th and cleared Customs. On July 12th, there were delays noted at 7:00 pm and 8:00 pm. The package cleared Customs a second time on July 15th at 8:34 pm, arrived at the Amazon facility in Richmond, BC on July 18th at 3:45 pm, departed at 5:46 pm, and arrived at the Langley facility at 9:30 pm. On July 19th, the package left Langley at 12:53 am and was then marked as returned at Pitt Meadows, BC at 2:23 am, processed at the carrier facility, and left Pitt Meadows at 8:24 pm. I'm curious about why my package was sent back to the USA when it was so close to being delivered and why a replacement hasn't been sent automatically.

Dear Amazon,
I applied to return the Wildhorn wallet. Initially, the return was scheduled for July 16, but nobody came to collect it. I reapplied on July 20, and the person who came on July 21 rejected the product, claiming it was not the original item. This inconsistency has led to my payment being held. Please assist me with returning the product and refunding my payment. This has been a disappointing experience for me.

I purchased an item on Amazon, but it was sold and shipped by a different seller who later canceled my order for unknown reasons. The payment was already deducted from my checking account. Amazon issued a refund a couple of days later, but then it was withdrawn from my account the next day. I have been unable to receive customer support for this order since it does not appear in my Amazon orders queue.

I am very frustrated with the delivery of Order #[redacted]-[redacted]. The delivery person claimed to have left the package in a safe location but did not specify where. I wish they had called me instead of leaving me clueless. I want my new walker delivered to me directly instead of being left somewhere unknown. It was stressful searching for it without any clear information. The delivery person really needs to improve by communicating properly with customers about the delivery location. This whole experience has been disappointing, especially after spending around $69.

Could someone please explain how to use my Amazon Wallet Balance of Rs.[redacted].55 when purchasing items from Amazon India that total more than that? I tried to order items worth Rs.[redacted], but my Amazon Wallet balance of Rs.[redacted].55 wasn't automatically deducted like it does on Flipkart. The system directed me to pay using a bank card, UPI, or cash on delivery, leading me to cancel the order for Rs.[redacted].

On order #[redacted]-[redacted], I was initially informed that the delivery would be on Tuesday, July 25th. However, upon checking on Sunday, the delivery date had been shifted to Wednesday, July 26th. This inconsistency has happened a few times after I confirm my order. I recently purchased a 12 Ah replacement battery for EGO products. This new battery is smaller and lighter than the 7.5Ah battery that originally came with my EGO mower. However, despite charging it on my EGO [redacted] series charger and seeing a full charge indication, there are red lights around the power button on the battery and it doesn't work when placed in the mower. I attempted to initiate a return via the online Amazon process, but it seems that the item cannot be returned. The seller claims that this battery (EGL1828) is compatible with the EGO BT4200t, which is a 7.5 Ah battery. I'm uncertain what steps to take next.

I purchased a 3 pack of mothballs which was supposed to arrive within two days. However, it's been over a week now and despite receiving multiple messages stating it will be delivered tomorrow, it hasn't arrived yet. Today, I was informed it was already delivered, but when I checked, there was nothing. Additionally, I was told it would be delivered tomorrow along with an overpowering mothball smell. I noticed two charges on my bank statement that I am unsure about. Firstly, there is a charge of $[redacted].81 from AMZ.COMCMT650y9yCO AMAZON.COM in Seattle, WA. Secondly, there is another charge of $62.52 from AMZN MKTP US. I believe these are erroneous charges as I usually use my Amazon Credit card for purchases from Amazon. I need to take medication several times a day at varying times. I utilize Alexa reminders through the app on my cell phone to keep track. I have noticed that in the past couple of weeks, the reminders I set seem to randomly disappear a day or so after creating them. Sometimes they will go off as scheduled once or twice before vanishing. This issue is requiring me to re-add the missing reminders every day.
In my environment, I have four Echo Dots (three 4th Gen, one 5th Gen) and two Echo Show 8, all up to date with the latest software. The reminders are set for everyone to hear and play everywhere. I have not added any new devices recently. My cell phone, a Samsung Galaxy S21 FE 5G Model SM-G990U running One UI Version 5.1 on Android 13, is the only device with the Alexa app. No one else has access to my phone or knows how to use the app. The Device Software Version for the Alexa app is [redacted]0.

Last year, I sold a book titled "Return of Poems in the Wild" to a friend in Texas, USA. Despite providing proof of payment and reaching out to Customer Service multiple times, I have not received payment for the sale.
I have attempted to inquire about the royalties owed to me through the KDP Select Global Fund and have been directed to a portal without success. My attempts to address this issue through emails and an online form have also gone unanswered.
As a self-published author, I believe I should receive the royalties rightfully due to me, regardless of the quantity of books sold. Despite promoting my book on social media, I have ceased all marketing activities due to the non-payment from Amazon.
I have requested that the owed money be sent to my PayPal account at [redacted] and expressed my dissatisfaction with the lack of response and payment.
I am disheartened by the situation and no longer wish to partake in the program until these matters are resolved promptly.

I would like to address an issue with the automated biller update on my Amazon Mobile App. I have attached screenshots displaying that KSEB has been listed as a biller, along with reminders to pay KITTU TK's electricity bills each month. I am located in Vapi, Gujarat, India, and my JIO mobile number is +[redacted]95.
I am not associated with the Kerala State Electricity Board and have no property in Kerala. I have never made any payments to them through the Amazon app or website. Despite contacting customer care and reinstalling the app as instructed, the incorrect biller and reminders persist.
