I placed an order on 4 August [redacted] on Amazon.co.uk with order number [redacted]-[redacted] for a Feybey Shower Caddy Shelf. It was dispatched on 5 August [redacted] by seller HmzCorp. However, the item was left behind the wrong wheelie bins as per the photo provided. I was at home all morning and the address shown in the photo (number 4) is not mine. It seems the driver might have been confused as my address is new and not easily searchable online.

I am experiencing two problems. First, I am being informed that my Amazon account address is incorrect, even though I have not made any changes to it. Secondly, I attempted to send an E-gift card to a friend today, but it did not reach them due to an error in the address. Upon looking into it, I found that the e-card has yet to be redeemed. Can someone verify my email address for accuracy? I suspect there was an error made on my end. How can I rectify this situation and ensure the recipient receives the funds from the E-gift card I sent earlier today?

We were waiting for a package to be delivered, and we had two witnesses present. Instead of attempting delivery or contacting us, we received an email stating that an attempt was made. This is untrue as the delivery person did not show up, make any calls, or enter the building access code. As loyal customers, we expect prompt and accurate service. If the package is promptly delivered by competent drivers, we will continue to support your service. If not, we will take legal action against the negligent driver. I attempted to purchase a Peacock subscription through Amazon Prime. Subsequently, there have been issues with my other account associated with the email address [redacted] Upon trying to sign in, it prompts for a revision and now requests me to change countries on an account I can't access. The process requires a verification code sent to an old phone number, preventing me from updating my email or phone number. My goal is to watch the Peacock subscription I paid for, yet I haven't been able to access any content due to these persistent issues. I received most of my order yesterday, but the tattoo skins were missing despite the delivery confirmation. I personally checked the packages and they were not included in the four boxes I received. I purchased an Acura antivirus download, but when I tried to enter the product key from the email instructions, I kept receiving an error message. I attempted this process multiple times with no success. The toll-free number provided in the email from Prime for Acura only rang once and then said the party was not answering. I have contacted multiple times regarding delivery errors with Amazon. I specifically asked the driver to call for precise delivery instructions, which did not happen. Consequently, the printer was left in the incorrect location. This situation must be rectified promptly, or a refund should be issued. Please reach out to me at [redacted]. I placed an order on August 6th with an expected delivery on August 8th. Despite being informed that it was delivered, I couldn't find the package. Amazon advised me to wait, but the item never showed up. After contacting them again, a refund is being issued. I'm frustrated with the $[redacted] annual fee when my orders consistently arrive late or go missing. This isn't the first time. I could have easily bought the missing item from my local Target as planned. I'm also worried about whether the package was stolen or not even delivered, especially since I have garage delivery and found no package in my garage or any notification that it was placed there.

I recently purchased a dress from Clothfun on Amazon. However, upon receiving the dress and trying it on, I encountered issues with the fit despite following the size guide. The dress turned out to be too short and ill-fitting compared to my expectations - it should have been 61 inches in length according to the size chart.

I purchased an Ibell laser range finder from the Amazon shopping app. Unfortunately, the product arrived damaged internally. When I requested a replacement, it took 8 days for the new product to arrive. However, the delivery person informed me it was cancelled and left. I canceled my Prime membership in January [redacted] due to issues with your billing practices. Near the end of the year, I had to get a new debit card, causing Amazon to halt my Prime service. After updating my card and making a payment, I was able to watch Prime Video in my browser, but when I tried on my TV the next day, I had to register again, and my card was rejected. Confused, I tried multiple times without success. Despite canceling in January, I still received charges the following month without gaining access to Prime on my TV. I've been continually asked to update my card even though I've already requested to cancel. Kindly cease attempts to collect payment for a service I no longer desire.

The behavior of the driver was unacceptable. We have a chest at the end of our driveway designated for deliveries with a clear sign stating "AMAZON DELIVERIES." The small package for pens did not require a signature and should have been placed inside the chest. However, the driver chose to repeatedly ring our gate's voice box instead of delivering the package as expected. When we approached him, he parked his car poorly on our flower bed and acted confrontationally. This experience left us extremely dissatisfied. As an Amazon stockholder, I urge that only Amazon drivers handle our deliveries in the future. Their professionalism and courtesy are unmatched. Please make a note on our account to never send UBER drivers to our address again. Thank you.

I received a parcel from you yesterday, and it only contained one product instead of the two I ordered. I initiated a return for the missing item.
Today, your pickup person insisted on picking up two items, despite my explanation that I only received one parcel previously. This behavior is surprising, especially after clearly stating the reason for the return in the order.

I am experiencing issues with logging into my account due to an error with my email. I followed the prompt to change my password, but I am still unable to access my account. Additionally, during my last purchase, I used a friend's bank card to pay, which resulted in a mismatch with my name and restricted my access to the account. Despite having made the payment for a selfie stick over half a month ago, I have yet to receive the item. This delay has caused inconvenience and frustration for me.
