I bought a SMOOTH SKIN New Bare Fit IPL Permanent Hair Removal home device from Amazon on 21 February [redacted]. The device is not working properly, and I have spent nearly [redacted] Indian Rupees on it. Although the return period has ended, the device is under warranty. I recently bought the TechNova X1 smartphone, and sadly, my experience has been unsatisfactory. I had high expectations, but the phone didn't meet them in several important areas.
One major problem I faced was with the battery life. Despite what the manufacturer claims, the battery drains too quickly, even with light use. This has been frustrating as I'm always needing to charge it throughout the day.
Another letdown is the camera quality. The ads emphasized the phone's advanced camera features, but in reality, the pictures are often blurry, even in good lighting, and the autofocus struggles to focus properly.
The user interface is not user-friendly. Navigating through menus and settings is awkward and confusing. The operating system could use a more intuitive design to improve the overall user experience.
The build quality is also worrying. The phone feels fragile, and I'm concerned about its durability. Additionally, the screen has a slight discoloration in the corner, which is annoying considering how little time I've had the device.
On a positive note, I appreciate the TechNova X1's processing speed - apps open quickly, and multitasking is relatively smooth. However, this isn't enough to make up for the issues I've encountered.

I am having issues with my recent furniture purchase. The chairs I bought do not match the description provided by the seller. I have followed the seller's instructions to send photos and descriptions of the problems, but the process is taking longer than expected. Despite my efforts, they are now requesting more photos. I feel frustrated as it seems they are not willing to resolve the issue properly. All communication has been through the Amazon app, except for a phone call to the manufacturer, Jennifer Taylor, and correspondence with the seller, Cymax, regarding item #[redacted]-MFB. Your salesperson is rude, doesn't deliver items as promised, and falsely claims delivery. Why isn't my order arriving when the address was provided during booking? When asked, the salesperson is disrespectful, saying I didn't answer the phone. Anyone's phone can be unreachable at times. If you had come home as expected, I would have received my parcel.

I was assisting my disabled sister-in-law with setting up her new Kindle. She was unable to remember the password for her Amazon account to access Prime. In trying to help her, I ended up linking her device to my Amazon account. Unfortunately, I noticed that I was charged for approximately three months of Prime membership, which I neither subscribed to nor used. Surprisingly, she was also charged for the same period.
I spent an hour on the phone yesterday trying to resolve this issue by canceling my Prime membership and reinstating hers. I would appreciate it if you could reimburse me for the months I was mistakenly charged, as it seems we were both charged for the same service.

I recently purchased an air cooler called Casa Copenhagen a week ago. Unfortunately, it arrived in poor condition and was not functioning properly. I opted for a refund but the delivery person assigned to collect the item has not shown up yet. It has been delayed for 7 days, and now the return option is no longer available on Amazon. This is the fourth attempt for me to resolve this issue. On 8/8, I placed an order for five Colleen Hoover books. According to the tracking information, they were delivered on 8/12. However, when I returned home a week later, the package from Amazon containing my books was not there. Upon checking with USPS, the status indicated that the package was refused, yet I was home and all other mail was received. I am uncertain if the package was returned to Amazon. If it was, I kindly request that it be redelivered or for a credit to be issued so I can proceed with reordering the books.

I am reaching out for the second time regarding my Amazon account. I need to log in, but the OTP is being sent to an old cellphone number I no longer have access to. I have suggested customer support send the OTP to my registered email instead, as I can access that. I am unable to call the international number provided due to living in South Africa. It has been 5 days without a response, despite being promised one within 6 hours. I am frustrated as I have a premium Audible account and am unable to resolve this issue. Despite resetting my password, the OTP is still being sent to my old number.

I am currently experiencing difficulties setting up my Amazon Sellers account. I initially set up the wrong type of account and now I am trying to switch to an individual seller account. However, I am unable to do so because my phone number is associated with the professional account I do not want. I cannot change my phone number and the system is not allowing me to proceed with the account I desire due to this issue. It keeps indicating that my number is linked to another account. I am being prompted to complete the registration for the professional account, but I am hesitant as they will charge me the monthly fee. I purchased a pair of headphones from this item: [redacted] on Amazon. After realizing I didn't need them by my mistake, I requested a return. On the past Sunday, August 20, [redacted], at the Whole Foods market located at [redacted] Carlisle Blvd NE, Albuquerque, NM [redacted], I used a machine to scan the return QR code smoothly. I deposited the item into the designated box for returns. Unfortunately, I forgot to retrieve the return receipt printed by the machine. I hope the issue can still be resolved without it.
I waited for days expecting the refund to arrive within hours or the next day, but nothing.
