The delivery drivers are not following the instructions regarding where to leave packages. They are leaving them at the post office instead of by the mailbox or gate, causing me inconvenience due to my disability. I have to make a 30-minute trip to the post office to pick up the packages while managing my service dog. Despite speaking to three specialists who assured me that all packages would be delivered today, August 26, I still had to go to the post office. This is not the service I expect. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will need a refund and will take my business elsewhere. I ordered a mattress which I fear I may struggle to lift due to my physical limitations. I am disappointed and frustrated by this situation and need a resolution as soon as possible.

I'm having trouble accessing my account with the username [redacted] I've spent hours on the phone with both Amazon and Apple trying to resolve the issue. It's asking for two authentications that I didn't set up. This morning at 10:10am, I received five OTP numbers that don't work. I am disappointed with the inaccurate delivery times provided for Prime members. I pay a yearly fee for this service and understand that some delays can happen, which is acceptable. However, the constant promotion of ordering within a specific time frame for same-day or next-day delivery is misleading. It leads to frustration when the actual delivery estimate is days later than promised. Recently, I faced an issue with a plumbing part arriving several days late, causing me to buy an alternative locally. Now, I urgently needed cough drops by 5 PM today, but the updated delivery time shows by 10 PM tomorrow. This inconsistency between the email confirmation and website creates confusion. Please stop displaying incorrect delivery dates and times.

I had an Amazon account on a phone that got broken. Amazon advised me to create a new account on a different device, which I did. However, they couldn't transfer my balance between the accounts. To try to resolve this, I moved the SIM card to a new phone with the same number, [redacted]. Despite this, Amazon couldn't refund my money without the card or receipt. I have now found the card and would like the funds refunded to my account.

I placed an order on Amazon on 11th July with a seller fulfillment and delivery date of 12th July. Upon checking the tracking details, the tracking ID was invalid. Despite not receiving the order on the expected date, I contacted customer care. They initiated an A-Z claim which was denied after a day. Following their advice, I appealed the decision on the A-Z claim which was also denied. After reaching out to customer care again, I was informed to wait until 11th August to re-apply as claims can only be made once a month. Despite their efforts to contact the seller, no response was received. On 11th August, I contacted customer care again and was informed that an investigation had started and I needed to wait until 26th August for a resolution. However, as of that date, no solution has been provided.

This morning, my Echo Dot began flashing yellow. Despite asking for notifications and hearing that there were none, the flashing persisted all day. I attempted to reset it multiple times and even turned off the router and disconnected Alexa. After reconnecting it and seeing the flashing orange light upon reconnection, it then started flashing red and yellow, with a red X on top. I'm unsure what's wrong with Alexa and how to resolve this issue.

I kindly approached an Amazon delivery driver who was parked in the red zone in front of my home with his truck engine idling, explaining the potential harm of exhaust in our neighborhood. Despite my request, he continued idling with his earbuds in, displaying rudeness. It is important for Amazon to instruct drivers to reduce air pollution, climate impact, and urban heat by turning off engines. The combative and disrespectful behavior exhibited by this driver was concerning. Your attention to this matter is appreciated.

During the recent Prime Day sale, I purchased a special Kindle but only received the charger and fabric cover. Unfortunately, the Kindle delivery was delayed. In the meantime, my preferred credit card was changed, resulting in the Kindle order being canceled. I got an email last Thursday about updating the payment method, but by the time I reached out to customer service on Saturday, it was already canceled. I spoke to a representative who promised to contact me within six hours but never did. The original amount due was $[redacted], but now they are asking for around $[redacted] minus an $8 courtesy discount. I believe I should only pay the initial amount on my updated credit card, not the old one. As a loyal customer for over 24 years, I feel I deserve more than just an $8 discount, especially considering this Kindle was a special one in green with more features and memory, intended as a gift for my wife of over forty years. I had the funds on my new card when the cancellation occurred and I will not pay the higher price as instructed by customer service. I have been repeatedly charged on my card despite being told it was removed and would only be charged for BET+. Even after removing my card, the charges continue. I need all charges to cease immediately and refunds for all charges dating back to June. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will contact BBB as this appears to be fraudulent. S. Campbell

On September 2, [redacted], while using shopping software, I was scammed out of a significant amount of money. The scammers instructed me to purchase Amazon gift cards and load [redacted] euros onto one of the cards. They then falsely claimed they were helping me activate my account and ended up transferring all the money from my card to their own account. I am now seeking assistance from Amazon officials to recover the substantial amount of money I lost.

I'm having trouble accessing my account because my phone is being repaired and I can't receive texts or calls for the two-step sign-in process. I have access to a Wi-Fi enabled phone but it's not activated. It would be helpful if Amazon could offer email as an option for verification like other services do. I have reached out to Amazon customer service multiple times about USPS leaving packages on the hot asphalt in [redacted]-degree heat, despite my instructions to leave them in the garage. Other delivery services like UPS follow my request and leave packages in the garage. USPS, however, consistently leaves packages on the scorching asphalt near the mailbox, with surface temperatures reaching at least [redacted] degrees. Many items have been damaged or melted due to this issue. I am a disabled individual living alone and have to struggle with my walker to retrieve the packages from the parking area. Despite assurances from Amazon customer service, the problem persists and has not been resolved over the past few months. I am unsure of who else to contact for a solution. Thank you.
