I recently got an email from "Customer Service" claiming that someone is trying to access my account from IP [redacted].[redacted].16.[redacted] near India.
1) I don't recall having an active account.
2) I am not the one making the login attempt.
The Amazon Shopping app on my phone is deactivated. I can tell this email is a phishing scam.
Could you provide me details on how to reach your fraud department directly?

I paid $7.99 to return my order #[redacted]-[redacted], and it has been a disaster. UPS refuses to pick up the package without a label, and the poorly printed label is preventing a UPS driver from collecting it. I kindly request a refund of the $7.99 return fee. Despite these issues, I plan to find an alternative way to return the item since I am being charged for shipping even though the product is faulty. Additionally, UPS claims to have no record of a pickup scheduled, so I ask for the entire return process to be canceled. I witnessed a concerning incident involving an Amazon delivery driver speeding down our residential street, endangering myself, my dog, my neighbor, and their child. The driver was driving at an estimated 45-50 mph in a cul de sac without sidewalks. When I attempted to address the issue with the driver by asking him to slow down, he disregarded my request and continued speeding, even going off the road to bypass me. After several neighbors and I confronted him, the driver behaved aggressively, making threats and inappropriate comments. The police were called, a report was filed, and the driver's actions were documented. His behavior was unacceptable, and it is important that proper measures are taken to address this alarming incident.

I am disappointed that my order, number [redacted]-[redacted], was scheduled for delivery on Sept 2nd but is now three days late. I received alerts of one-day and two-day delays, yet the tracker still shows it as "out for delivery." This has caused confusion as to whether the package is truly on its way or not. Had I been informed earlier, I would have canceled the order. Currently, I am left waiting six extra days due to the discrepancy in what “out for delivery” implies to both parties involved.

On July 14th, an unauthorized transaction of $[redacted].43 was made on my Cash App card for an air cooler order. I have been given inconsistent delivery dates by the seller, who has the product but uses fictitious business details on Amazon. I am seeking assistance to reach the owner of Amazon directly, and willing to involve the media if necessary to secure a refund. I have reported this identity theft to law enforcement. Amazon's lack of first language English speakers for communication is frustrating. The disrespect and attitude from customer service during refund discussions are unacceptable. I'm certain Amazon's phone records can confirm these interactions.

I recently received an Amazon gift card from my daughter, but I am encountering difficulties redeeming it. I returned items but didn't receive a receipt showing they were processed. The items were a set of six gun sticks and garnish sticks. No refund has shown up on my card, and I haven't received any communication despite returning them via UPS a while ago. I want to know when I'll get my refund as these items didn't meet my needs. I suspect a package was taken from the delivery location. It was found in the garbage, seemingly unwanted. The package is undamaged, with its contents intact, except for the recipient's name being missing. I wish for the rightful recipient, who paid for the item, to receive it. I purchased two Hauppauge WinTV-dualHD tuners only to realize my TV already has a built-in tuner. I attempted to order just one tuner initially, but the purchase did not seem to go through, so I tried again without intending to buy two. Regrettably, both purchases were deducted from my account.

I had an order scheduled for delivery today. However, the delivery person mentioned that he couldn't deliver the item since it's not within his area. Yet, the app shows the reason for return as "recipient refused delivery."
This isn't the first time this has happened. A previous order for the same product at the same address was also returned, with customer service saying it was due to parcel damage.
I am disappointed in Amazon's service. I am considering using other sites like Flipkart for timely deliveries in the future. My main concern is to have my order delivered to my residence.

I noticed three transactions from Amazon on my recent bank statement. On September 3, [redacted], there was a payment of $16.26 to Amazon, followed by a $16.26 transfer from Amazon. However, I didn't make any purchases from Amazon on that date as I was out of the country. Another puzzling transaction took place on September 14, with a charge of $11.99 for Kindle Unlimited. I placed an order for the Gerber Gear Dime Multi-Tool on August 20. While I received an email stating that the item was delivered, it never arrived. Recently, I was asked to comment on the product, but I couldn't do so as I haven't received it. I am now requesting a refund as I have lost hope of receiving the item. It is puzzling why someone would mark an item as delivered when it was not. Typically, I receive notifications before my items arrive, but I didn't receive any for this particular order. I took a large order to UPS for repacking yesterday, and I am missing a refund for one item, order number [redacted]-[redacted]. I spoke with an Amazon representative yesterday, but they did not seem to grasp the problem. I believe the issue stemmed from the UPS employee scanning too quickly and mishandling the shoes. I received a delivery 10 minutes ago. I had ordered two items and the delivery came in one big box. I paid for both items, but upon opening the box, I found only the heels I ordered and not the second item. When I contacted the delivery man, he claimed that I had only paid for one item. I am requesting my second order be delivered as soon as possible, and I believe this delivery man should be suspended for this deceptive behavior.

I had ordered pycnogenol and Better Bladder on autoship a few months back, but later canceled them as they were not as effective as advertised.
