The HP EliteDesk [redacted] G3 Small Form Factor PC I received did not match the product description. Instead of the advertised 3TB HDD, it had a 2TB HDD that was split into two drives. It lacked Bluetooth and did not feature the VGA connection specified. I am looking to expand the storage with a 256GB SSD, add a Bluetooth dongle for Bluetooth capability, and find a solution to connect a VGA monitor.

I purchased two items that are not eligible for return. The edible snow crab arrived unthawed and emitted a terrible odor causing our home to smell bad. I request several credits to compensate for this issue. As for the Donut Shop coffee, it was ordered by mistake as we already had received it Saturday night. I cannot use that amount of coffee and would like a credit to my account. I would like both items returned and credits issued to the card on file. Thank you.

The closure of Barker Avenue in Spokane Valley, Washington, has caused confusion for truck drivers heading to the Amazon center. They are struggling to navigate the residential area as they are unaware of the route. It would be helpful to have signs with arrows guiding them to the Amazon center. This simple addition would greatly improve the situation and reduce disturbances in the neighborhood. Thank you for considering this suggestion.

After returning from vacation today, I spoke with a customer service agent from Amazon regarding my locked Amazon Prime account. I provided various details such as my Chase Amazon Credit Card number, social security number, email, and address. While on vacation, I had difficulty using my laptop which I rarely use. The agent and I were progressing well re-establishing access to my Amazon account until she requested recent purchase information which I didn't have. Now that I'm home on my desktop, I'm seeking assistance from another Amazon agent. The previous agent noted details in the system to help the next agent assist me in recovering my account.

Refund Request I am reaching out regarding my recent order for the Unisteel Ultra Shower SS Steel Chrome. We only received one piece instead of the three we ordered. The return request was initiated, but the delivery person insisted on picking up three pieces, which we do not have. We contacted customer care, but have not received a resolution as promised by September 26th. I urge you to look into this issue promptly and process a full refund for the order. I am experiencing issues with my recent orders of roller blades and a princess peach dress. Even though I have confirmation, the items are not showing up in my order history. Strangely, they only appear under the "buy it again" section. I placed the princess peach dress order twice due to this problem, but another item ordered in between was fine. I am frustrated by this situation. The payments have been deducted from my account. This has caused distress for my daughter, who has been upset for a week due to the misinformation from your website.

Amazon does not provide the option to leave items on the front porch; only the side porch. I requested the items be left on the side porch, assuming the driver would follow. Our front porch is enclosed with a sign stating "Please place all deliveries on enclosed porch". Unfortunately, two out of the last three deliveries were left on the front steps instead. We reside in a high crime neighborhood. Today, amidst rain, the package was once again left outside in the unsafe neighborhood.

I recently purchased sketch papers on Amazon, but I was unhappy with the quality. After requesting a refund, they sent a replacement which was also poor quality. When I asked for a refund, I received a check made out to "Sketch Artist" instead of my name. The local postal service has informed me that they can only deliver mail with the recipient's name on it. I have been trying to reach out to Amazon via email, but I have not received a response.

I have been trying to get in touch with a representative at Amazon for some time now but have had no success. I am simply looking to gain access to my late husband's Amazon account. I have already provided the necessary documentation such as the death certificate and probate papers. Our Amazon activities have come to a halt, including my access to my Kindle and e-books. It appears that my situation may not be a priority to them, but it means a lot to me. I am hopeful that Amazon can assist me with this matter.

Hello, My name is Diane Kratman, and I have been dealing with Amazon for months about a rug I purchased. I wasn't aware it was coming from China, and I wouldn't have bought it if I had known. I had to update my payment card because the previous one was not accepted. After updating to my new Chime card from Cash App due to the denial of the card ending in [redacted], I was charged $11 on the [redacted] card unnecessarily. Additionally, you also charged $16.99 on my new card for the prime membership. I believed the prime membership included more than just TV and movies, which is not what I intended. I request a refund for the unauthorized charges on the old card and clarification on the prime membership services.

Dear team, I purchased an item on Amazon on September 25, [redacted], and it was delivered on October 1, [redacted], which happened to be a Sunday when I was not at home. I requested the delivery person to leave the package with my neighbor, but after returning home and asking my neighbors, none of them had received it. I immediately filed a complaint with Amazon, and they assured me they would investigate and assist me within 24 hours. However, I have not received any updates from them yet.
