I have been using the Amazon app for a while now. I recently signed up for Amazon Prime membership for the first time. On April 22, I ordered a bike cover with one-day delivery. I received a notification on the Amazon app that the delivery was done on April 22 along with the invoice. However, my order did not arrive by April 25. Upon filing a complaint on April 26, the amount was refunded to my account. I became a Prime member to save time. If I had known that my Prime membership would result in such a bad experience, I would never have become a Prime member.

I am writing to you as I have not yet received the refund for the purchase of an iPhone 13 Mini, 128GB, Starlight - Unlocked (premium renewed), with order number: [redacted]-[redacted]. This was on April 3rd.
On the expected delivery date, I received a message stating that it could not be delivered.
Later, on April 17th of this year, I received another message informing me that the refund would be processed within 7 days, unfortunately, I have not received anything.
I know the refund process is underway, as indicated by the message on the purchasing portal.
I kindly request that you process the refund through the same method of payment, credit card, as you have the details. The refund timeline as per Amazon's messages has already passed. I, Mr. S. Dasgupta, placed an order for two products on April 25, [redacted]: Active White detergent 10 kg pack and Santoor [redacted] ml handwash. The Tracking ID is [redacted]42. Although the delivery was supposed to be on the same day, the delivery boy arrived at 1 pm and realized he had forgotten the items. He promised to deliver them the next day, but as of today, April 28th, I have yet to receive my order. I contacted customer service to file a complaint but have not received any updates. The full payment was made via credit card, and I have been facing significant inconvenience and harassment due to this delay.

I expected my items to arrive at a UPS store in Sedona, AZ on Friday, April 21, [redacted]. However, they were not delivered as the Amazon driver from the Prescott Office falsely marked them as delivered. The same driver returned on Monday, April 24, and only delivered some packages, with multiple missing, according to the UPS store. I have been trying to reach the Amazon Prescott Dispatch for help, but they do not answer calls. The missing items include rare books, and simply getting a refund is not sufficient. Amazon Dispatch needs to take responsibility and address this issue.

I recently placed an order for burlap bags from your company expecting to receive [redacted] bags as described in the listing. However, I was disappointed to find that I only received 30 bags instead of the [redacted] bags per package as stated. Upon contacting customer service and speaking to a representative named Josh, I was informed that I could only receive a refund if I returned the bags. I returned a pair of shoes that were the wrong size. I received the return label, sent the pair back, and Amazon issued a refund. However, I was later notified that the shoes were not received and I was charged. Despite tracking the shipment with #1Z556YW[redacted]5, it showed the shoes were delivered. I followed Amazon's return procedure and now I'm out $42.23, while the seller got the shoes and my money.

I have a Prime Video subscription along with a Prime account. I'm attempting to watch baseball highlights from May 1 on Prime Video Sports, but even though I have an MLB subscription, I can't seem to play it on my TV. I can access it on my computer, but I've previously been able to watch it on my TV with no issues. Now, every time I hit "REPLAY," all I see is a spinning circle, following by an error message asking me to try again later. It's frustrating paying for a service I can't enjoy!

I'm having trouble receiving OTP numbers from Amazon, and even when I do get one, it doesn't work. The system keeps telling me the OTP I used is invalid! I've tried reaching out to customer service with no luck, so I escalated the issue to Jeff Bezos and got a reply from someone. They asked me questions via email, but the email wasn't set up for replies! I tried responding through a different customer service email with the person's name, but then I got a follow-up from Tamara after two days saying I hadn't replied. This situation is truly frustrating.
