Hello, I need some assistance with an order I placed 15 days ago. The delivery was scheduled for April 4th, but due to the weekend, we missed the delivery. When we finally received the package, one item was missing, although the tracking showed it had been delivered. I have reached out multiple times but have only received one item in return. The delivery person mentioned taking back the missing item, but I have yet to receive it or a refund.

I recently purchased a pair of Skecher sandals that are too big and need to return them. Unfortunately, I no longer have the original packaging. I printed out a QR code with a description for the return shipping label and took it to Postal Options in Paris, TX, but they were unable to assist me as they did not have the necessary scanning machine. I was advised to go to Sherman, TX, which is a 2 1/2 hour drive from my home. Another customer experienced the same issue. I am feeling very frustrated as the deadline for my return is May 8th.

I am having trouble accessing my old account because it is linked to an outdated email address and phone number. I cannot receive the OPT code required for login. As a solution, I created a new account with my updated email and phone number. However, I am hesitant to sign up for Prime again to avoid duplicate charges. I recently bought a toupee from Lishy's company. When I received it, the color was off, so I had to dye it myself. After wearing it for a few weeks, it started shedding excessively. I contacted the company and a representative called me late at night offering to resolve the issue. She claimed they had sent me the wrong type of hairpiece initially and requested my contact details to send the correct one. I was skeptical and asked to see the packing video they mentioned. The situation made me doubt the quality of their products.

I just made a purchase within the last 20 minutes, but I've been struggling to reach customer service over the phone. The automated system has not been able to provide any help. I called concerning a shipping address issue. Despite updating the address to my current one in Chicago, IL, the confirmation still showed the item being sent to Port Richey, FL. I am puzzled because Amazon has successfully delivered items to my Chicago address for the past seven months.

The delivery that was scheduled for today was marked undelivered by the delivery person for a reason unclear to me. However, I never received a phone call regarding this issue on 19.04.[redacted]. As of now, the watches have still not been delivered.
This is not the first time this has occurred. A similar incident happened with my previous order (Sree Tulsi). Even though the delivery was set for Monday, 17.04.23, the delivery person tried to deliver the item on Saturday, 15.04.23, insisting I pick it up from my office despite being closed. After I explained the situation, the delivery was canceled, and I had to reorder the item. This is an unusual experience for me.

I am trying to log in with my email and my correct password. However, I am not receiving the code after multiple attempts. When I request to do it another way, I am prompted to solve a CAPTCHA with numbers and letters, but it loops back to requesting a code. Upon entering my mobile number, I receive a message that it is not on file. When I attempt to contact customer support, the dropdown menu only shows an arrow downwards, providing no options to address my account log-in problems. What could be causing these issues?

I received an offer to try Amazon Music for a month, but upon signing up, $8.99 was immediately deducted from my card on file. I promptly canceled the subscription and tried reaching out to customer service through the website, but encountered an error message. I feel deceived as I was charged for something that was supposed to be free for me to try. I kindly request a refund of the $8.99 debited from my card. Thank you.

I recently received my subscribe & save order from Amazon, and I was disappointed with the packaging. Items were just tossed into the box, resulting in smashed lids on my juice bottles and canola oil. Moreover, everything was covered in my hair conditioner. As a regular Amazon customer, I believe that proper packing is important, especially considering the amount spent on subscribe & save and other orders. I am unsure if it's possible to identify the packer, but I believe additional training may be beneficial in this case.

I am having trouble accessing Prime Video on my smart TV. Every time I try, I am redirected to MGM+ instead. While attempting to reach Prime Video, I inadvertently signed up for a trial of MGM+ that I would like to cancel. I have a Prime membership and assume it should grant me access to Prime Video as usual. Can you provide some guidance on this issue?
Additionally, I contacted Amazon Customer Service, and they provided me with a 2-digit code to enter to speak with a representative. However, when I entered it into my messages, it did not work. Could you please clarify where I should enter this code?

I am writing to address an issue with an order placed on my behalf by Principal J.M. at Highland Elementary earlier this year. The order number is [redacted]-[redacted], totalling $[redacted].43. I think there might have been a misunderstanding with Amazon customer service. They mentioned sending a return label by mail, but I haven't received it. Due to being handicapped and not able to drive, I kindly request the return address to be sent via email. Although I received a label by email, I am unsure of the next steps to take. Given my age of over 70 years and lack of familiarity with such processes, I am seeking assistance. I am experiencing memory issues following a stroke. Your help is greatly appreciated.

I recently made a purchase, but unfortunately, the order was canceled after I bought the item and it has not been delivered to me. Customer service inquired about having another Amazon account, to which I confirmed I only have one account. They also mentioned someone named Bob, whom I do not know, received the refund through a gift card and used it to buy a Galaxy phone. Despite my patience, I have not received any communication regarding this matter. I am disappointed with the lack of updates and find this situation unacceptable.

I am reaching out regarding my mother's Amazon Prime account. She lives in assisted living and is dealing with early stages of a memory disease. I purchased a solar umbrella from SuperDeal on April 11, [redacted]. The amount was debited from our checking account on the same day. This is my fourth attempt to reach out since Friday, twice today. On Saturday, I received an email from SuperDeal that I can't open on my phone or PC. I'm feeling frustrated with the lack of progress. The umbrella is faulty; it doesn't light up, and the pole is broken. I do not want a replacement; I request a refund. This experience with Amazon and SuperDeal has been exceptionally troublesome for me. I feel disappointed by the quality of the product and the customer service provided by SuperDeal.
