I'm having trouble reaching customer service because my account is on hold. Each time I sign in, I receive a notification prompting me to check my email for further instructions. However, the email only states that the hold cannot be removed at the moment and advises me to sign in for assistance. This creates a frustrating cycle where I am unable to resolve the issue. I feel stuck in an endless loop where Amazon instructs me to check my email, and the email directs me back to Amazon. I've tried various phone numbers but to no avail. I arranged for UPS to pick up a package, but it wasn't collected as scheduled. UPS assured me that Amazon had made the necessary arrangements for the pickup to occur yesterday by 7 p.m. Unfortunately, the package, registered under my boyfriend's name and email, is still at our place. He is returning it because it's no longer needed. He's currently at work and won't be home in time to deal with this issue personally. As a result, I'm reaching out for assistance to resolve this matter promptly.

I live in Chandigarh and I am not satisfied with the service provided by Amazon because my order is being returned without a reason twice. It is shown that I was not available at the given address and that I cancelled the order, but I have not cancelled any order with Amazon. I always pay the duty at the gate where the delivery boy delivers the order, yet I am being told that I was not found at the address. I am unable to reach Amazon customer care number, please help me get my order delivered or else I will have to boycott Amazon because of some irresponsible employees tarnishing Amazon's reputation. This will continue until the delivery boy is properly instructed. I have already spoken to the customer service before but did not receive a satisfactory resolution. Jai Hind.

Hello, my name is Mounika, and I recently ordered Namhas PCOD and PCOS tea for Rs. [redacted] on Amazon Prime. However, on April 6th, I received Tata tea worth Rs. [redacted] instead. I have contacted Amazon customer service multiple times regarding the issue. One representative promised to call me back, while another named Nagesh abruptly ended the call, stating he would transfer me to another team. When speaking with Shivani, she mentioned she did not understand English well. My order number is [redacted]-[redacted]. I reached out to Amazon at +[redacted]01. I kindly request assistance with this matter, as an Amazon Prime member, I have never encountered such a situation before. If not resolved promptly, I may consider terminating my membership with Amazon and seeking further assistance from the consumer court.

I purchased the Red Airplane stickers but received Alice in Wonderland invitations in the Red Airplane stickers packaging instead. I later received the correct Red Airplane stickers. However, I received an email stating that I would be charged again. I only kept the stickers I ordered and returned the incorrect items as instructed. I explained the situation when I returned the items and do not wish to be charged twice. I kindly request a credit to my account to rectify this matter.

I purchased an Ofica home computer desk chair and noticed that the shoulder adjustment feature shown in the pictures is missing upon assembly. Despite reaching out to Amazon customer service multiple times, the issue remains unresolved since receiving the chair on 03/16/23. I am requesting a free return label to send the incorrect chair back to the seller. Despite being promised a resolution within 48 hours, I have yet to receive one. Good morning, I am reaching out regarding an undelivered rug that was ordered by my daughter. The rug, a black PAGISOFE Fluffy Shaggy Area Rug 5X8, was sent from Amazon via UPS but never arrived at [redacted] Richmond Highway, PO 41, Apt [redacted], Richmond VA [redacted]. Tracking number UPS 1ZX2543R[redacted] shows it was delivered on Thursday, 4/6 at 11:53 AM and signed for by my daughter, although she was not home at the time. Her roommate accepted the delivery instead. UPS informed me that an investigation needs to be initiated to locate the missing package. I received an item I need to return, but the address is not in English. The post office requires it to be in English for shipping. I asked the seller for the English address, but they have been focused on requesting a photo of the item to assess the issue instead. They mentioned a video might show more detail because a photo could miss the movement indicating the sizing problem. I'm unsure if I need to provide a video. Additionally, I am puzzled as to why the seller did not include the English return address on the label when they sent it to me. Can anyone clarify this for me?

I would like to cancel my Prime subscription. When I called 1-[redacted] for help, they insisted on sending a text, but we never received it. Being 81 years old, we don't use cell phones much and struggle with these processes. We were given a free trial with an order, but we never wanted Prime and couldn't find a way to decline it. Now, we want to cancel before being charged for something we didn't intend to sign up for. My wife tried to cancel but faced difficulties, so I'm reaching out here for assistance. I recently made a purchase on Amazon.com for a wedding registry using Order #[redacted]-[redacted]. During the checkout process, I used my girlfriend's phone and tried to pay for the item with my gift card. I used one credit card to buy 8 items today, but had to switch to another card when purchasing a Laptop that exceeded the credit limit. Amazon emailed me asking to verify my card information, which I did, but they still requested more details. I sent the additional information but haven't heard back yet. The delay is causing concerns as I have packages on the way that could impact my schedule. My bank confirmed there are no issues on their end. Please address this quickly. Thank you.

I ordered an HP laptop for 52,[redacted] INR from Amazon, but received a Dell laptop that was old, broken, and without a screen. The delivery person recorded the incident. I contacted customer service and was asked to provide pictures for verification. Multiple return scheduled dates were canceled. My personalized gift order was misrepresented, and I was expecting it to arrive yesterday based on the tracking information. However, I received a message stating that the delivery would be delayed, giving me the option of a refund instead. Unfortunately, a refund is not suitable as these items are essential for an upcoming 40th anniversary reception. They were specially ordered and cannot be easily replaced. I am extremely disappointed at the misleading information provided and the inconvenience caused by this situation. It is unacceptable to keep me waiting until the last minute without a resolution. I am concerned about the company misusing the Amazon trademark and urge a review of the tracking history to understand why I was misinformed until the very last day.

I purchased three items together, but I only received two with separate tracking numbers. The third item I paid for seems to be missing from my order history, even though I was charged for it. I am having issues with your customer service team. They have been very unhelpful and it has caused me a major headache. A customer representative gave me a $50 store credit and allowed me to keep the item. However, the assistant supervisor and supervisor are contradicting this information. I requested for them to review the recording of our conversation, but they refused. They mentioned that to receive a refund, I need to return the item, yet a coworker said keeping it was optional and I would still receive a refund. I'm having trouble accessing my Amazon Grand Prime account. When I try to log in, it keeps saying "incorrect password." Additionally, the emails I receive regarding my orders only show the item price without any description. I also noticed a default email receiving verification codes that I never added to my account, which is worrisome. I received a notification about my Amazon Prime account being suspended due to needing to update my credit card. After contacting customer service, I was informed that I had 2 Amazon accounts. Despite requesting the accounts to be merged, I was told it wasn't possible. The representative offered to close one account, and I specified closing the one without a fully paid Prime membership. However, after logging in today, I noticed I am on a trial membership and will be charged $[redacted] when the trial ends in a week.

I returned an air conditioner on April 8th, and Amazon received it on April 12th. They informed me that the refund would be initiated and credited by April 13th. Although my Amazon Account shows that the refund was credited to my bank, it has not shown up in my bank account. When I requested the Transaction ID from Amazon Customer Service to follow up with my bank, they explained they only have a RRN (Refund Reference Number) in this case. Despite multiple attempts through chat and calls, different representatives were unable to provide the RRN. I am confused as to why Amazon cannot share the RRN or Transaction ID if the transaction has been completed on their end. I am at a loss on what steps to take next.
