I purchased a defective product with order # [redacted]-[redacted] and proceeded with the return process as instructed by the vendor. Following the return, my bank account, from which the purchase was made, was compromised. Consequently, I had to change my payment methods. I informed the merchant and Amazon, to whom the refund was being issued as an Amazon gift card, which I agreed to. Despite being assured on five occasions through customer service, twice over the phone, that the refund would be processed by today, 3/30/23, it has not yet been received. I continue to receive emails stating that the refund cannot be completed due to my original payment method being invalid. I have already informed Amazon about this change. I am a Senior Citizen and handicapped, relying on others for shopping and returns. I am concerned by the delay and the lack of communication regarding my refund. I have faced numerous issues with deliveries and customer service before, but not receiving this refund is unacceptable, especially considering my limited income from Social Security. I urge for a swift resolution to this matter; otherwise, I may seek legal assistance from my attorney as this prolonged process has left me frustrated.

I have been an Amazon customer for more than 20 years. This morning, I attempted to log in using my email address, [redacted], and my current password, zinnia208. To my surprise, my long-standing password was suddenly deemed invalid. After multiple unsuccessful login attempts, I eventually set a new password, or3044, which oddly linked my account to the name "Sophia Chindlbek," a person I am not familiar with. I am concerned about this unexpected change and unsure if it could be a fraudulent activity. Should I consider contacting my financial institutions for added security measures?

The wording on my recent shipping box is inappropriate. Our society has become accustomed to the phrase "Oh, my G__d," but it is not acceptable! This is the sacred name of the God of Christians, Catholics, and Jews. My most recent package had this phrase on both sides. Would Amazon use this phrase if the names Allah or Buddha were substituted? Certainly not! I understand this may not lead to any changes, and you might even find it amusing, but as a Christian, I would appreciate an apology and a discontinuation of using these boxes. Thank you!

I had difficulty cancelling my Paramount+ 7-day trial before it renewed at $9.99/month. The night before, our credit card was charged $10.62 by Amazon Prime. I tried to cancel through Amazon, but the Paramount cancellation screen only had 3 options and no confirmation button. The choices were to be reminded before renewal, turn off auto-renewal and watch until Apr. 30, [redacted], or keep the subscription.

I purchased a four-chair dining table set from Amazon on February 28th. However, I received two damaged chairs and table from the seller, Craftsvilla. After contacting Amazon customer service and requesting a return and refund, the seller was supposed to pick up the damaged items from my home on March 5th but failed to do so. Despite reaching out to both customer and seller support teams at Amazon multiple times, there has been no resolution. It is disappointing that Amazon has not taken any action on this matter. I am considering filing a case in the consumer court to address this issue.

It's been an hour, and I am still struggling to log into my account, which I've had for quite some time now. Amazon has unexpectedly disabled my account, and all the restart pages are not helpful at all. The phone numbers provided on the website only lead to other companies trying to sell me things, which is infuriating. I am a Prime member and being denied access to my account for a service I have already paid for is unacceptable. I am demanding a refund for the services I am being denied. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to cancel my entire account. Dealing with Amazon has been the most frustrating experience I have ever had with a company.

I wrote a detailed and glowing review for a product I truly adore. My review was not approved, possibly due to a site I mentioned that is closely connected to the product. After being a loyal customer and Prime Member for some time, I am extremely disappointed by this outcome. I was assured a return label would be provided, only to be informed I have to cover the shipping cost, insurance, and restocking fee. The amount needed for shipping alone would consume a significant portion of the refund. This feels like a penalty for buying from a third-party seller, and Amazon's lack of assistance is disheartening. This experience has made me reconsider my decision to continue as an Amazon customer.

I purchased DHEA cream on Amazon on 3/12/23. I decided to cancel the order over a week ago due to the repeated delays in the expected delivery date. I wanted to order from another vendor instead. The order number is ORDER # [redacted]-[redacted].

On March 24, [redacted], I purchased 2 jars of Gunter's Buckwheat Honey, but the order was marked undeliverable by Amazon. I am unable to locate the customer service for assistance as my account is currently suspended. After attempting to log in, I receive a notification prompting me to provide additional information and check my email. However, upon reviewing my email, I am informed that the hold cannot be lifted at this time and advised to sign in for further instructions. Unfortunately, this process continues in an endless loop as each platform directs me to the other for resolution. It seems I am caught in an unending cycle of checking my email and revisiting the website for a solution to lift the hold on my account.
