I purchased a treadmill on December 28th, but it's not what I wanted, and it's only showing an error E-5. I've had poor experiences with customer service and the third party company is asking for a hefty fee to pick it up from my second-floor location, which is frustrating. They're also requesting photos and for me to arrange for someone to inspect it, but I simply want to return it. I'm unhappy with the changes at Amazon, including the increase in Prime price and the decrease in customer service quality. Despite chatting with customer service twice and being told that I can't get a refund as the item supposedly arrived in good condition, I feel like I'm not being heard. The third party company, Vively, offered me $30 to get it fixed, but that's not acceptable considering the significant amount I spent. I'd appreciate a callback from a manager. I understand the challenges businesses face in the current economy, but this situation has made me reconsider renewing my membership. Thank you for any assistance you can provide.

I recently received three separate emails informing me of a reversal of refunds for three items I returned to the UPS Store in Vancouver, WA in January. Initially, I was concerned these emails might be a phishing scam, but upon checking my Amazon Rewards Card statement, it appears I was indeed charged again for these items totaling over $60.
In January, I returned more than three items at once and chose the UPS Store due to its convenience while running other errands in the area. I meticulously follow the return process, watching as they print labels and provide me with a receipt. I had not kept the UPS receipt as I had received my refund notification and thought the matter was resolved.
As a loyal Amazon customer facing this issue for the first time, I find it frustrating to be charged for items I believed were returned and the transactions closed. I am now uncertain of the appropriate steps to resolve this as interest accrues on these unexpected charges. Despite understanding the need for notification if the item is not received, I feel it is unjust for customers to be held accountable for items scanned as returned by UPS only to have refunds reversed months later.

I have noticed that my products are listed on Amazon.ca, but I am facing an issue as there is no Buy Box displayed for over a month. This problem persists in both the USA and Canada. Interestingly, when I edit one item, save it, and then click on Twitter, the Buy Box appears momentarily. However, when I search for my item with ASIN B0BZ18937R on Amazon and click on it, the Buy Box disappears again. I have a professional Seller account and have been selling in the UK and Europe without any problems. This issue seems to be specific to the US and Canada. I kindly request your assistance in investigating and resolving this matter promptly.

I requested a refund for an item about 8 or 9 weeks ago. The refund status still indicates, "Return received We will process your refund in 2-3 days. Once your refund is processed, it can take 2-3 business days for the refund appear in your bank account or credit card statement."
I purchased a box spring, but received a small folding table instead. I returned it, and they confirmed receiving it. However, I have been waiting for weeks now for the refund to be issued.

I purchased an Annie Designer Kurti in Blue for Rs [redacted] on March 5, [redacted]. However, I received a Black one instead on March 10. I immediately placed a replacement order, providing my office address for delivery. On March 20, I received a call around 9 PM from the delivery team, and another the next day around 7 PM. Today, on March 23, I was informed that the item had been returned to the seller. I would like to mention that it seems unreasonable for deliveries to be attempted after 6 PM for office addresses, as most government offices close by then. In the future, deliveries to office addresses should ideally be between 10 AM and 5:30 PM for successful receipt.

I recently received a car key cover that I did not order, but I was charged for it on my bank statement. I cannot find any record of this order on my Amazon account. I contacted Amazon weeks ago, and provided my information to a representative who promised to look into the issue and call me back, but no one ever followed up. When I contacted them using the help form, their reply directed me to submit an appeal through the correct channel in Account Health on the seller central website. I recently returned a small package at my local UPS store. Unfortunately, I received an email from Amazon stating that they could not locate my return and charged my account. I spoke to the UPS store this morning, but they could not track the return. The item I returned was a Normcore 58mm Magnetic Dosing Funnel as part of multiple returns. I am experiencing repeated unauthorized charges on my account for game cards that I did not authorize. I have been assured in previous conversations that these charges would stop, and I would be refunded for the amounts. Unfortunately, despite assurances, I have encountered three instances in January, one in February, and now five in March. I have taken steps to manage payments through an Amazon card and have changed all passwords following the incidents in January. I placed an order with Forest Leaf that was shipped on March 8 using Amazon as the initial shipper before being transferred to USPS. According to the latest tracking information, the package is currently in Port Allen, LA, and has not been transferred to USPS yet. I have sent numerous emails to Forest Leaf, but have not received any responses. My account was charged for an item that I have not received. I am eager to speak with someone as I am in need of the item or a refund. While I understand that Amazon is not solely responsible, I am unsure of who else I should reach out to regarding this matter.
