Amazon is threatening to charge my credit card for not returning an item. I returned a printer that was mistakenly sent to me twice. However, they are now claiming that I still need to return the one I paid for initially. Even after sending back the printer and the ink I purchased, they are insisting I return the other printer. If Amazon proceeds to charge my credit card a second time for an item that I have already paid for, I will take legal action. I purchased an MI power bank for Rs [redacted] and a helmet from Amazon. I received the helmet but not the power bank, even though both items show as delivered. I contacted customer care to report the missing item and was informed they would follow up in 4 days, which they did not do. After calling back, I was told they investigated and found the product was delivered, refusing to assist further and abruptly ending the call. Despite multiple attempts, they provided the same response. I am disappointed as I did not receive my product, resulting in a loss of Rs [redacted]. Order number: [redacted]-[redacted]. I have made over 50 calls to Amazon regarding my chair order. The Chinese seller claimed that the chair didn't clear customs, but Amazon marked it as delivered. Amazon refuses to refund me, giving different excuses every time I call. This fraudulent behavior has affected others too. After my complaints, they removed the seller and the product, yet they won't refund me. I hope to find a resolution here since phone calls have been unsuccessful. I urge Amazon to review their emails to see the disrespect I received. They have refunded me four times, only to cancel it later. This has been going on for three months now.

I tried to request a refund through customer service. I spent over three hours following directives from the floor manager James on my phone to verify my identity for security with my debit card details. James claimed Amazon needed these numbers to access my Bank account for the refund. After many numbers and steps, I got frustrated and decided to abandon the refund. James informed me that over $[redacted] was pending to be taken from my Bank account instead of the $15.99 refund. He had withdrawn over $[redacted] without my consent. I contacted my Bank, and they red-flagged suspicious activities but some transactions went through. I demanded the immediate return of all the money. James promised to do so at 11:00 a.m. the next day. I feel Amazon's conduct was deceitful, and I suspect this might not be the first time James has done this. I believe Amazon's unfair practices need to be brought to the attention of the BBB and News Network.

I recently noticed an unauthorized transaction on my credit card from 4 days ago while checking online. I did not make any orders on Amazon, nor did I authorize any Prime Membership other than the free trial and the $1.99 week trial, both of which were canceled. The credit card company informed me that this has been happening since September [redacted], with a monthly charge of $16.19 on the 10th of every month. I have no records or subscriptions on my Amazon account for that date, no digital music or merchandise orders. I have thoroughly checked my account and found no transactions on that date. I have reported this as fraudulent to my credit card company. I have taken screenshots of my Amazon account pages showing no subscriptions or orders for that date. I am seeking assistance from Amazon to address this issue and answer my questions.

I've had a Prime Amazon account since I was in New York. I moved to Italy over a year ago and canceled my US phone number without updating my Amazon account. I forgot to cancel my subscription and now I cannot access my account because Amazon keeps sending the verification code to my old phone number, which is no longer valid since I am now in Italy using an Italian number. I have been dealing with customer service for months regarding multiple issues. I don't want to involve an attorney. I'm counting on Amazon to resolve this. I purchased a security system named Fellini (misspelled) and two chairs for my father-in-law that were supposed to be 17 inches high but were not. After assembling the chairs, I found out they were the wrong height and requested a return. I also purchased an extended warranty, but the chairs were never used and I still have the boxes. They want to charge me $5 for the return and refund only 30%, which seems unfair. I'd like to exchange the security camera for a working one without having to pay $5 or involve an attorney. My husband and I have tried to communicate through email and messages, but we haven't found a satisfactory resolution yet.

I arranged for a return of an item, but UPS did not show up to pick it up as scheduled. According to their website, they left a shipping label at my door, which I did not receive as I was home sick all week. After contacting UPS, they informed me that I needed to reschedule through Amazon since a shipping label had already been generated for this return.
