I have received an email regarding a payment reminder for an order I did not make. I contacted Customer Service, but they were unable to provide much information about the order charged to my account. Despite being informed that the item was sent to a different address than mine, I am being pressured for payment. I want the requests to stop as I did not order or receive the expensive laptop mentioned in the email. It is crucial to contact the address where the item was actually sent instead of bothering me about this issue. I insist that any further payment requests for this unauthorized order cease immediately.

I received an unsolicited text claiming I was enrolled in Amazon Prime. I do not wish to have Amazon Prime. I really do NOT want Amazon Prime! Your marketing department deserves credit — it's truly challenging to keep Amazon out of my life. I am unable to address this immediately without logging into Amazon. However, I can't log in as I don't have my account details with me. Please remove me from your list, erase my information, and pretend you never knew me (though that's unlikely). You are incredibly persistent and aggressive; please cease enrolling me.

I placed order [redacted]-[redacted] for an Ossur Cold Therapy system with a Right Hip Pad. Today, I received the unit without the hip pad and found shipping information for someone in Florida, not Pennsylvania where I reside. Upon calling customer service, I obtained return instructions and was advised to return the item to Amazon through Kohl's for a refund. However, I urgently need the complete unit as my husband's surgery is on Friday 3-3-23. Despite being an Amazon Prime member, customer service informed me they couldn't send a replacement. I ordered "The January 6 Report Research Edition" book, but I received eleven books instead. I've been attempting to resolve this issue through Amazon Chat with no success. I need to return ten of the extra books, and I believe Amazon should cover the return shipping costs due to the weight of the books. Unfortunately, my husband and I are currently battling with Covid-19, so we are unable to travel to return the books ourselves. Regarding order ORDER # [redacted]-[redacted] for the Litter Champ 3-Pack Refill, Green(1 box): The driver mentioned leaving it at my side door and took a photo, but it was not there. Instead, it was delivered to the wrong address, not mine. This has happened before, causing items to go missing. I always request delivery at my side door to prevent this from happening. I have reordered the item for tomorrow and request a refund for the missing item. Good morning, I have reached out through various channels, but I am unable to find a solution to my issue with Amazon as no one is responding to the emails I have sent requesting assistance. Today, I have canceled the order (including a help request in the cancellation details) to see if I can get a response from Amazon's customer service team, but so far, no one has reached out to me.
I made a purchase on Amazon on 02/23/[redacted] and paid for the item on that date, but I have not yet received the merchandise which seems illogical. Amazon claims to have delivered the package to my neighbor on 02/25/[redacted]; however, I did not authorize delivery to a neighbor nor do I know this neighbor well as I am new to this address.
Today is 03/03/[redacted], and the package has not reached me, yet Amazon has charged me. I am unable to communicate with customer service as the response system on their website does not address my concerns. If anyone sees this message and can assist me, I would greatly appreciate it.

The thing is, today is 03/03/[redacted], and the package has not arrived in my hands, but Amazon has collected the money, and there is no human way to communicate with customer service. The robot they have on the site is preset with absurd questions and answers that do not help anyone. I have already tried all the emails they post on the internet, and there are no responses. If anyone sees this message and can help me, I would appreciate it.

Last December, my mother placed an order using the app. Unfortunately, we were unable to modify the delivery address before the packages were dispatched. Despite contacting an Amazon representative for assistance, the address could not be altered. Upon visiting the designated address, we were unable to locate the packages as the recipient claimed non-receipt, which we suspect is untrue. A police report was lodged recently, and Amazon assured us that they would send instructions via email on how to submit the report for the purpose of receiving Amazon credit, a refund, or another resolution.

My order had to be returned to the warehouse due to an incorrect address. This is the second time a driver has had trouble with navigation. I had to provide detailed step-by-step instructions to guide the second driver to Spruce Grove and my front door. I am a monthly subscriber to Amazon, and I am disappointed with the delivery service provided by Intelcom. Due to my severe hearing impairment, using the phone is challenging, especially for important matters like this. I may have responded incorrectly to the "Is this really you" emails I received today. When I saw the location listed as Near Washington, I denied it because I don't live near Washington State or DC. However, the email address is not responsive.
To recap, Amazon informed me on 2/18 that someone attempted to buy two $[redacted] gift cards and a new phone using my account. I alerted my bank, canceled my credit card, and received a replacement, which you now have on file. Yesterday, I received a box of unordered items and spoke with your fraud department. Today, I received another box containing tar soap, which I also did not order. I was advised to contact the postal inspectors, which I will do on Monday unless instructed otherwise.
This situation is upsetting and frustrating, exacerbated by my difficulty in hearing phone conversations with your staff. When the expected package arrives on Monday, could we handle this via email, please?

I need to bring to your attention an issue I faced with a product purchased through the Amazon India app, the Sennheiser CX 300s earphones. The packaging I received was damaged, and upon opening it, I discovered that both the earphones and carry pouch were missing. This service from Amazon is completely unacceptable, as how can they send an empty box for a product worth 3000rs!
Following that, my experience with customer service was appalling. Despite multiple calls, I did not receive a satisfactory response. One customer service representative mentioned an investigation would take place, and I was asked to wait for four days. When I followed up after five days, another representative claimed the investigation concluded that I had received the earphones in good condition.
This situation is frustrating. I have been attempting to resolve this issue of receiving an empty package and demand a refund promptly. I will not accept anything else. If not resolved, I will take this matter further to expose this fraudulent behavior on social media and any other platform available.

Hello, I am inquiring about my order # [redacted]-[redacted]. After receiving the shoe rack, I started assembling it only to discover that BOARD D, as indicated in the instructions, is missing. I have already contacted the seller, who acknowledged the missing item and informed me it is on backorder with no estimated arrival time. I ordered men's track suits from China through Amazon. Unfortunately, the delivery was delayed, and I requested a refund. After contacting Amazon, they issued a refund of $84 for the eight pairs of men's track suits I had ordered. They requested that I return the items, but I never received them, and UPS may have attempted to return the items to their office. In the past, all my deliveries from Amazon have been made directly to my home, but I will visit the UPS office to check for the items either this evening or tomorrow. If I locate the items at the UPS office, I will return them and refund Amazon the $84 and the cost of the items. I apologize for any inconvenience this has caused and appreciate your understanding.
