Unfortunately, Whole Foods was unaware of the procedure and I am not proficient with smartphones beyond calls. Kindly assist me by sending a return label via email to my desktop computer. This will allow me to easily attach it to the package before returning it to Whole Foods, UPS, or the post office. Your assistance in resolving this matter would be highly appreciated. I returned my item before the deadline, but I recently received an email from customer service stating that I returned the incorrect item. Despite multiple attempts to clarify, I have yet to receive a satisfactory explanation. I meticulously reviewed everything before sending it back. I contacted customer service and requested an appeal twice, but I have not received a response. The item is valued at $[redacted], so I am eager to secure a refund.

Since January 21, I have been contacted by someone using a trusted friend's email. The hacker requested a $[redacted] Sephora card from Amazon, claiming it was for their niece's birthday due to banking issues. Believing it was my friend, I purchased 4 cards totaling almost $[redacted]. When I realized it was a scam, I stopped the payments and had the bank involved. Now, Amazon is claiming I owe money. I recently ordered Crocs in adult UK size 7, with order number [redacted]-[redacted] dated 04/01/[redacted]. Instead, I received UK size Children 7 for 6-7-year-olds. Upon returning the item, the warehouse rejected it, claiming it didn't match the delivered item. I insist that I returned it because the item sent was incorrect. As a loyal Prime member for three years, I've encountered this issue for the first time, and the service I received was unacceptable. Customer service representatives informed me that my refund is blocked for this order, and the item is disposed of in the warehouse. This situation leaves me without a refund or the correct product I paid for. Amazon, please resolve this matter promptly.

A scam resulted in a fraudulent iPhone order on my Amazon account. Despite returning the phone via UPS with Amazon's approval and receiving a shipping label, I have not been reimbursed for the $1,[redacted] charge. Amazon customer service voided my orders/returns from 01/19/23 to 02/01/23 due to the scam. I reported the issue, but the fraud department letter stated no refund would be issued, advising me to seek reimbursement through my bank or credit card company. Despite following all return procedures, Amazon deemed the order unauthorized and refused a refund. I need assistance resolving this with Amazon to secure reimbursement for the returned phone.

I purchased an item (Order no [redacted]-[redacted]) from Amazon.de in November as a gift for Christmas or my mother's birthday in January. Although I received a notification stating that the item was delivered in December, it never arrived. The supplier has repeatedly asked me to wait, causing the need for the purchase to become irrelevant. Despite my numerous attempts, I have been unsuccessful in obtaining a refund. I reached out to Amazon.de twice regarding this issue, but have not received a response. Strangely, on my account, the item is marked as delivered even though I never received it. How can I contact someone at Amazon to address and resolve this matter?

I am requesting a refund for the $14.99 Prime charge that was deducted today. I signed up for a free trial of Prime on February 9, [redacted], which was supposed to include a free week, but I was charged today, February 12, [redacted]. Even though my Amazon account shows Prime is on hold and the $14.99 charge is not in my order history, the money was still taken from my account incorrectly. This is the second time I have encountered an issue with unauthorized deductions, and I would appreciate the refund.

I received a notice today about my suspended account due to a payment issue. I don't have an Amazon account, and I'm confused by this email. The account ID mentioned is LJORUDLWGEVA. I rarely shop on Amazon, and when I do, I check out as a guest. I recently found out that there's another person with my name in Parrottsville, TN. Sometimes her details are mistakenly added to forms I'm filling out. I don't know her and always correct the information. I suspect she might have the Amazon account linked to my name. Recently, my email account was hacked, leading to unauthorized access to my Amazon account. The perpetrator changed the account's location to the UK and made a purchase without my consent. Although my account had no payment method, Amazon blocked it, requesting a payment check. I did not place the order, so I lack the necessary information. The system promised the purchase would be cancelled and my account restored in a week or two, but this has not happened. I'm unable to find a contact email for Amazon, and being in Brazil with an Argentine phone number while my account appears in the UK is complicating matters. I've since secured my account with a new email address and two-step verification. I seek guidance on contacting Amazon or canceling the unauthorized purchase to regain control of my account.

I am an American living in the USA with adult children in Australia. In [redacted], I created an Amazon.AU account for shipping gifts to my grandkids. Both my US and AU accounts were put on hold on Dec. 28 due to disputed charges. I updated the credit card information after a fraud incident and called Amazon on Dec. 30 to reinstate the accounts. On Jan. 4, both accounts were put on hold again with a request for more information. Despite sending documentation, Amazon asked for further details and promised to contact me in 24-48 hours, but they did not. I called Amazon US on Jan. 9, but they referred me to a dubious number tied to scams in Australia. I then asked my daughter in AU to contact Amazon on Jan. 11, and they assured her they would email me instructions to resolve the issue. However, both my US and AU accounts remain on hold since January 4, with Prime services canceled. I am incredibly frustrated and seeking assistance. Thank you. - Marilynn F

Hi, I made a purchase on January 23, [redacted], and paid $[redacted].95 which includes shipping to Israel via Israel Post. My Visa Credit Card has been charged this amount. I contacted Israel Post today, February 15, [redacted], and they confirmed that the package has not arrived in Israel. The order number is [redacted]-[redacted] with tracking number RU[redacted]Z. Since the package has not reached me after a significant period, I would like to request a full refund for the order. Unfortunately, I was unable to process the cancellation and refund through the Amazon.com website as there is no option available on the "Your Orders" page for canceling items that haven't been received. I placed an order with Amazon Fresh on 02/16 and left specific delivery instructions for Order No. [redacted]5-[redacted]. Unfortunately, the delivery person left the groceries on the ground by the postboxes. I included a $12.00 tip for the delivery service. Upon checking my phone at 3:30 p.m., I realized the groceries had been delivered. My husband, 77, went to the front door but couldn't find the delivery, only to discover it left on the ground outside. The items included several bottles of diet coke and Gatorade. I had to use a cart to bring them up two flights of stairs due to their weight. The delivery person even took a picture with their feet visible in it. I would appreciate it if I could be provided with her first name and ensure she doesn't handle our deliveries in the future. Thank you.

If Amazon Prime plans to introduce ads, they should ensure that the affiliates are competent. Freevee, which I will avoid in the future, sometimes did not return promptly from commercials. After a series of ads, in most cases, it would pause on a still frame of Showtime or Freevee with no sound as the movie played on. Refreshing the page or going back to the movie's main page would bring back the sound, but then I had to endure ANOTHER set of commercials. It took about six minutes to navigate through the ads and risk getting stuck on a freeze-frame, missing part of the movie, and needing to reset. To make matters worse, the movie would start again from a previous point. Freevee shows a lack of respect for the viewer. Additionally, watching on a browser is not a great experience.

Regarding the email, 1. I have not requested any refunds. 2. The issue mentioned involves orders that were paid for, canceled by the sellers, and the refunds were processed back to my Visa account. This is a standard procedure, not a refund claim. I have not violated any policies. 3. You can verify this by checking the following orders: Order 1: [redacted]-[redacted], Order 2: [redacted]-[redacted], and Order 3: [redacted]-[redacted]. These were paid using my Visa, refunded due to seller cancellations, and I believe this situation led to the closure mentioned. The focus should be on the seller's accountability for listing unavailable items, resulting in inconvenience and potential risks for customers like me. I urge you to thoroughly review my account and understand my perspective in this matter.

I received my $82 Amazon Fresh order this morning. Everything was fine except for the [redacted]-gallon of non-fat milk with an expiration date of today, 2/19/[redacted]. This is unsatisfactory as I cannot use it today. I would like a refund for this item. Additionally, I've noticed that short-term fresh items like produce and milk with the shortest expiration dates are often delivered, causing issues. I've rarely encountered this problem with Amazon before, especially with frozen or non-perishable items. Thank you for addressing my concern promptly and processing the refund.

I am requesting a $[redacted].00 refund on my credit card from you. It's been an ongoing issue for 6 months due to a PlayStation 5 that was mistakenly sent to me by a hacker. I have contacted your customer service multiple times with no resolution. I shipped back the item with tracking number [redacted][redacted]7. The seller, U DEAL from California, has disappeared from the Amazon account which seems suspicious to me. I have reported the fraud, sent the item back, and provided evidence of the hacker's address in my email account. It's frustrating that the refund has not been issued by the 3rd party seller. Please address this situation promptly.

I am currently experiencing harassment on my phone. I have lost access to various accounts such as Google, Facebook, and jailatm. It all started when I took over my fiancée Michael A. Forren's accounts. He has been incarcerated since July [redacted] at the Southern Regional Jail in WV. The situation escalated when his Google account was compromised, possibly due to a copy of his ID on Google Drive. Subsequently, I also lost access to my accounts, including Facebook, where I created a new account under the name Jennifer Garretson. The individuals harassing me have been changing passwords and settings, including turning on 'do not disturb' mode on my phone. The relentless harassment continues, and I am unsure how to handle the situation as they may now be targeting my personal information.

I have been an Amazon Advantage vendor for over a decade. Since last August, every login attempt prompts a verification code, indicating Amazon has my email, computer, and phone. Despite this, I receive a message stating I am not authorized to access any vendor accounts. I am stuck in a loop as I can't reach Advantage support without logging in. Despite receiving weekly orders since December, I can't fulfill them without access. Is there a way to contact Advantage support without logging in? Could someone open a support ticket on my behalf? I recently received two orders from Amazon (Order ID: [redacted]-[redacted] and [redacted]-[redacted]) that were poorly packaged. The items arrived in boxes much larger than necessary, with no padding to prevent damage during shipping. The first order, a utility cart, was unnecessarily packed in a strong product box inside an oversized outer box. This excessive packaging not only risks product damage but is also wasteful. The second order, an EGO chain saw, arrived in a large damaged box due to the excessive air inside. While the product itself was undamaged thanks to secure packaging, the overall shipping practices seem environmentally irresponsible considering Amazon's emphasis on eco-friendly packaging.
