I suggest that Amazon begins paying secret shoppers to conduct test orders. This way, they can evaluate their delivery drivers and courier services more effectively. Unfortunately, this is the third time I have experienced a delivery issue where my order was marked as delivered but was never received. It is disappointing that Amazon relies on third-party couriers, some of which may have dishonest employees who seem to be stealing packages. I rely on online shopping due to my busy schedule and it is disrespectful not to receive my items as promised. I have received contradictory delivery notifications, including one falsely claiming it was delivered on January 24th at 11:00 a.m. and another with a questionable photo supposedly depicting the delivery. The details in the photo do not match my building, which was repainted blue and white in December. I ordered from Woman Within and returned a jacket that was too small. Monetary compensation is not my goal; I simply want my missing jacket to be located and delivered to me.

I purchased a Dell laptop for my wife's 83rd birthday, scheduled for tomorrow. It was delivered today, but she does not want it and wishes to return it. The laptop is in its original, unopened box, although the outer box was opened without her knowledge. I recently contacted Amazon support through a number I found online. The person who answered claimed to be from Amazon and requested to access my computer to address my issue. After granting access, my screen turned blue with a software update message, indicating they were extracting information. When I tried to call back, the number was no longer valid. Fortunately, I caught unauthorized transactions on my bank and credit card accounts before they went through. I've taken steps to secure my finances, but I am having trouble reaching a live agent through the automated system due to a code issue. I have internet/Wifi on my computer, but I can't receive Amazon codes on my broken phone. Customer service can't assist me and won't connect me to a supervisor. As a long-standing Prime member, I recently bought a RoKu to stream Amazon Prime Video. When prompted to visit amazon.com/startup and enter a code on my TV, I encountered difficulties. After contacting customer service due to language barriers, I was advised to create a new temporary password and make a non-chargeable purchase. Following their instructions, a $[redacted] vanilla credit card was purchased, which I was assured would be canceled. But when the reset failed, they suggested buying a $[redacted] American Express card. After the representative disappeared, I canceled the unauthorized charge on my credit card for the Amex. However, the vanilla card charge remains, even though I requested its removal. Despite my attempts, the vanilla company claims to have shipped the card. This whole situation feels like a scam, and I demand a prompt resolution; otherwise, I will escalate the matter until it is resolved. I do not wish to keep the gift card or incur the associated fees.

I received an email stating that my subscription would expire in 2 days if I didn't update my payment details. I didn't respond as I no longer wish to use the service. Surprisingly, $7.99 was already deducted from my debit card on January 20 without my consent. I am currently residing in Swaziland, Africa, and can't cancel my Amazon subscription as my password isn't working. Additionally, my old phone number linked to the account is no longer in use, making it difficult to access support. I kindly request assistance in resolving the lack of a current phone number and refunding the unauthorized charge on my debit card.

Hello, I placed an order for an angle grinder, but due to a long wait time and it not being shipped yet, I decided to cancel on Monday, Jan 30 in the morning. Unfortunately, I received an email at 4:37 pm stating that the order had shipped despite my cancellation. I attempted to contact Amazon but was only able to reach automated responses via phone or chat. SaveOnMany offered the option to refuse the delivery from UPS, but based on previous instances, items are often left on the doorstep. I am concerned about being charged shipping for a canceled item and do not want to incur return shipping costs. Despite trying to contact customer service, I encountered issues verifying my account due to a text response glitch. I am seeking a full refund as I canceled the order well before it was shipped by SaveOnMany. I am disappointed as I expected free and prompt shipping without complications when ordering from Amazon.

I recently ordered a pair of shoes from Amazon, but unfortunately, the size was incorrect. I initiated a return to exchange them for the right size with an expected exchange date of 3rd to 5th February. Surprisingly, the delivery arrived earlier on 30th January when we were not home, and our neighbor accepted it, expecting to return it on 1st February. Hello, I am having trouble accessing my account to make purchases. I have been attempting this for two months without success. Every time I try to log in, the system sends a verification code to my outdated phone number, causing the login to fail. In December [redacted], I placed an order on Amazon for a gift to be delivered to the UK. Unfortunately, only an empty box arrived. Then in December [redacted], I ordered an Interactive Retriever Toy dog from Amazon USA to the UK, but the toy was broken upon delivery. When I tried ordering the same toy from Amazon UK, it arrived broken again. Additionally, I ordered a Cosori air fryer from Amazon USA to be shipped to the UK but discovered the voltage difference rendering it unusable. Despite these issues, I have not received any refunds for the empty box or the broken toys. I am now wondering if it is feasible to return the air fryer to Amazon USA due to the voltage discrepancy. These continuous problems with Amazon have been very disappointing and frustrating, considering the lack of refunds for undelivered or damaged items. I have been an Amazon customer for many years, and this is the first time I have encountered an issue. I have contacted customer service multiple times, only to receive the same email repeatedly without any assistance. During the first week of January, I placed an order on Amazon, but my bank card was compromised and subsequently cancelled. A few days later, my PayPal card was also hacked, leading to my orders being delivered without payment being processed. I am now trying to settle the outstanding amount to restore my account; however, I am unable to update my payment information on Amazon. Each email response indicates that only payments through a card number linked to my account will be accepted, which is currently not possible due to the circumstances. If this matter is not resolved promptly, regrettably, I may have to discontinue my patronage with Amazon. I did not cause this situation, but I am unable to resolve it on my own. I am unable to cancel the disputes since the compromised cards are now inactive. How can I address this issue and regain access to my account?

I placed two orders, one on January 27th and the other on February 7th, both through Klarna. The payments for both orders were initially successful, but the next day I received notifications that the Amazon gift card payments were declined and asked to update my payment details. Despite my efforts, the orders got canceled, and I have not received the refunded payments back in my bank account. I verified this with my bank this morning and also spoke to Paige from Marine bank in Normal, Illinois. After contacting Amazon, specifically speaking with Oscar, I was informed that the money was not deducted, leaving me in a bind. Amazon advised me to reach out to Klarna; however, Klarna stated they couldn't assist as the payment was through Amazon. Now, I am seeking assistance from Amazon to dispute the charges of $10.99 on January 30th and $14.99 on February 8th. I am eager to have the initial deposits refunded back to my account.

I am puzzled as to why my Capitol One miles were utilized as payment for my Amazon purchases yesterday without my permission. I did not select this method, and I have been unable to find a solution after contacting Amazon Customer Service twice today. Capitol One has verified that over 7,[redacted] accumulated miles were indeed used by Amazon as a payment option. I urgently require these miles to be reinstated back into my Capitol One account at your earliest convenience. Kindly address this issue promptly.
