Despite reaching out to Amazon customer care multiple times over the past three months, my issue remains unresolved. I have interacted with around 15 customer care representatives so far. The problem at hand is a mismatch between the TV serial number on the warranty pay slip and the sticker on the TV unit. I have diligently provided all necessary documents such as the invoice, warranty slip, image of the TV sticker, and the extended warranty invoice. As a result of this discrepancy, I am unable to avail of repair services for my TV under the Quesscare Extended Warranty. I am experiencing difficulties with logging into my account. Despite multiple attempts to reset my password, I am not receiving the One-Time Password (OTP) via email, as required. After speaking with several representatives, I was assured that the OTP would be removed to facilitate the password change, but I have yet to receive the necessary email. Additionally, I previously received alerts about unauthorized password changes which seem to have impacted my ability to access my account. I urge the customer service team to resolve this issue promptly by eliminating the OTP requirement and informing me via email. Due to this problem, I have refrained from making any transactions recently, and I request to cancel any unauthorized activities on my account. If resolving this matter proves challenging, I am open to closing the current account and setting up a new one with the same email address. My account was closed by Efficient Funding. I used an older gift card without knowing the balance, leading to payment issues and subsequent account lockout. I have an impending package delivery, so it's crucial to regain access. To unlock, proof of the gift card is requested. Unfortunately, I can't recall the gift card's origin. I provided the last 4 digits as requested but encountered no progress. Currently, I'm using a separate Amazon account to track my upcoming order as the locked account contains this information under a different email address.

My account was placed under review for a billing details issue. I followed the on-screen instructions in November and temporarily regained access. However, I am now unable to access it again. It states that it has been reviewed, and I am supposed to check my email for steps to restore it, but I have not received any further emails. If the problem is related to billing, I want to clarify that I have only used gift cards on that account, not any credit, debit, or bank details. Please assist me as soon as possible.

After receiving your notification, I went to the tobacco shop on 4 November Street in Tradate to pick up the package with the Kingston A400 SSD, but it wasn't available. Later, I found the package with the Kingston A400 SSD in my mailbox. Due to significant leg problems, I couldn't personally inform the tobacco shop, so I called 5 or 6 times, but they never answered. Nevertheless, I received the Kingston A400 SSD, so there is no need for any refund. Thank you.

Last October, I placed an order for an 8-inch black ceramic pot and a 10-inch matching pot from Aveyas. The 8-inch pot was fine, but unfortunately, the 10-inch pot was the wrong color. I returned it and placed a new order, but the second pot was also the wrong color. This happened again with the third pot. At that point, I decided not to reorder. All three returns were picked up from my home at [redacted] North Road, Milton, VT [redacted]. It seems like the labels were placed on the boxes by the pickup service. However, I received notification that one of the returns was not received, and I have been charged $74.19. Despite leaving messages with Amazon Assistant, I have not gotten a resolution. I would like the charge to be reversed as soon as possible.

I tried to purchase a computer using my award points but was denied despite having over 40,[redacted] points available. The computer costs $[redacted], and I attempted to use my Amazon credit for the payment, which was charged to my Amazon credit card account. I have never had issues with other vendors, and I have been an Amazon customer for more than a decade without any prior problems. I am extremely disappointed with Amazon's customer service. I placed an order for a mobile phone on December 16th, but the delivery was canceled by the agent for unknown reasons, and I was told that the refund would be processed by December 17th. However, it is now December 30th, and I have not received any refund or RRN from Amazon. They keep asking me to wait for more information, which is frustrating. I bought a dress for my granddaughter for Christmas, and she received it on Dec. 15. However, there seems to be an issue with the payment. Upon checking with Bank of America, I discovered that I was charged twice on my Visa card - once for $37 and once for $48. Upon reviewing the order on Amazon, it appears I was also charged twice on my Mastercard for the same amounts. In total, I unintentionally purchased four times: twice at $37 each and twice at $48 each. I received a notification stating that my winter boots package was delivered to my front door, but upon checking, it was not there or at my neighbors'. This has happened before, and I am frustrated with the delivery person essentially lying about it. The boots need to be returned by next Friday if they do not fit, and now I have wasted a whole day dealing with this issue. Being a prime customer, I expect deliveries to be accurate. While occasional issues can happen, repeatedly marking a package as delivered when it's not is unacceptable. I tried calling customer service, but it was only an automated system without the option to speak to a real person, which is frustrating. Amazon should improve their service to address such situations better in the future.

On December 25th, I ordered a Mi selfie stick with a rechargeable Bluetooth remote. The package was delivered on December 26th, but unfortunately, the remote was missing. I promptly initiated the return process. The next day, the pickup person arrived, but due to the remote verification issue, they couldn't collect the stick. After contacting customer service, they acknowledged the problem and assured me they would address the verification problem. A new pickup date was scheduled for December 30th. However, the pickup didn't happen as planned. Today, the pickup person mentioned the verification problem persisted, causing the delay. I did not authorize the $15 monthly charge for a Prime account! I have been unknowingly charged every month for an undisclosed period. This charge was made on a credit card that had fraudulent activities, so it is no longer in use. I discovered these charges when an attempt was made to bill me this month on the old card. I do not use Amazon frequently and would not have signed up for this service. Please issue credits for all the previous charges promptly, or I will escalate this matter further.

I purchased an Echo 4th Gen on Dec 14 for $59.99 through Amazon Prime. Despite receiving notifications of its imminent arrival, the item never showed up. I was eventually instructed to cancel the order. When I tried to reorder the Echo immediately, I couldn't. Instead, the only option offered was to repurchase it at the post-Christmas sale price of $99. I still wish to buy the item at the original price of $59.99 because the non-delivery was not my fault. I am having difficulty opening my Kindle Paperwhite, and it is an ongoing issue. I typically resolve it by resetting the device; however, currently, the screen is frozen on the Kindle logo with the reader under the tree. Pressing the power button again or for an extended period does not alter the situation. I am not Michael; I am his sister using this device under his account.
