I am writing to request a refund for the Amazon Prime membership fee that was charged to my account this week. Last week, I thought I had successfully canceled my membership, but it seems some confusion within your menus had me mistaken, and this was not the case. I placed an order on December 14, but it wasn't shipped until December 22, with an expected arrival on December 27, which is too late for me. As a Prime Member, this delay is frustrating.
Update: On December 22, UPS provided new shipping information indicating the package would arrive via "UPS Next Day Air Saver" on Friday. Unfortunately, I just received another update stating the package won't arrive until next Tuesday due to weather delays. It's currently stuck in Lansing, MI. Amazon, if it had been mailed a few days earlier, this situation could have been avoided. While not a catastrophic issue, the package was needed for Christmas and there was enough time allotted for the order.
Update: Package finally arrived on December 28, two weeks after the initial order.

I am inquiring about an order that was supposedly shipped via UPS on 12/16/22 with a delivery date of 9:00 P.M. on December 21, [redacted]. However, there is no tracking information available on the UPS website besides showing that a label has been created. According to Amazon's tracking, the package is in McKinney, Texas, my current city, since December 20, [redacted]. Despite my attempts to get information, I have not been able to locate my package, and it has been challenging to communicate with customer service. My Amazon account states that if the package is not delivered by tomorrow, I can request a refund. On 12/21/22, I received an email from a seller regarding my purchase of two sets of bath rugs. Initially, I noticed only one set was sent, with the other arriving three days later. Shortly after, I received an email from the seller via Amazon requesting further information about the product. I am writing to address the issue with my recent order of the Nikon AF-S NIKKOR 14-24mm f/2.8G ED lens from Snap it up (UK). My Order #: [redacted]-[redacted], Quantity: 1, Item price: £1,[redacted].99. I received the wrong item and have compelling evidence to support my claim.
Upon receiving the package, I immediately noticed discrepancies:
1. The dimensions of the box did not align with the size of the lens I ordered.
2. The weight of the received item (Nikon IX-Nikkor 60-[redacted] mm f/ 4.5-5.6) was significantly lighter than the expected weight.

I recently bought a Bluetooth speaker which was supposed to come with two speakers inside. However, upon opening the box, I noticed that one of the speakers was broken. It was not securely in place and was moving around. I just created an Amazon account using my new debit card. I was in the process of buying something when I activated my thirty-day Prime trial. However, I fear I may have entered the wrong digit for my debit card, causing me to be locked out. I requested the delivery person to leave the Paperback/Unruled Diary Book that I had ordered. It was a prepaid order scheduled for delivery today. However, the delivery person did not leave the order at my doorstep. The tracking shows that my order was cancelled or rejected and is being returned to the seller. Hello - I ordered a book from Amazon France which was not what I expected. I received approval for a return with a barcode and instructions to take it to a Mondial Relay center in Paris. Unfortunately, I can no longer find the return authorization in my email or on my phone. I've checked all my mailboxes with no luck. I need the information resent but I don't know how to request it or who to contact. I've visited two locations but they cannot process the return.
