I recently bought a Prebuilt Gingerbread House with Order #[redacted]-[redacted]. Unfortunately, one of the two gingerbread houses in my order arrived damaged. I am seeking a refund for this particular item. Despite trying to initiate the refund process, the system indicates that the item is 'non-returnable'. I have no intention of returning or replacing it, given that Christmas has already passed and the item is now broken. Although I am willing to return it if necessary, the current condition of the item is not acceptable for a return. I strongly believe I deserve a refund as the product is unusable. Thus far, my attempts to resolve this via the virtual assistant, chat support (which doesn't seem live), phone calls, etc., have been unsuccessful. I continue to receive messages stating that the item cannot be returned. I am frustrated by the lack of live customer support. I am reaching out for assistance and hoping to speak with a real person regarding this issue.

I noticed a charge on my Mastercard statement for $5.41 dated 12/06/22. After investigating, I found it is for Amazon Kids+ (Order #D01-[redacted]-[redacted]). I did not make this purchase, nor did anyone in my family. Kindly refund this amount back to my account. If this is for a subscription, please cancel it too. I have changed my password three times, and each time it was accepted. However, when I try to enter it again, it does not work. This issue occurred when I was trying to watch a movie. I was directed to a sign-in page that displayed a six-letter code in capital letters. Despite following the page's instructions three times, I still cannot access my account. Being a disabled Vietnam veteran with brain damage and severe PTSD, I am feeling extremely frustrated and angry. These repeated problems with the company's services are very upsetting to me. - Don B.

I was locked out of my account possibly due to canceling my subscription to "The New York Times." My 8-year-old managed to access my account and made some unauthorized purchases using the $60 worth of gift cards stored in it. The payment card linked to my account didn't have sufficient funds to cover the remaining amount. Since I can't provide the requested payment information as I used a prepaid card like Venmo or Cash App, I'm unable to access my account to utilize the gift cards for Christmas shopping. I need assistance to regain access to my account. Thank you for your help.

I purchased the book "An Historical Account of Two Notable Accounts..." by Isaac Newton on December 12. Unfortunately, the first order is still delayed. I ended up reordering it for someone else, and that one shipped, even though it was placed later. Both orders are currently held up, with the second also stalled in Pennsylvania. This is quite frustrating, especially since the initial estimated delivery was before Christmas. I am willing to pay extra for expedited shipping if that's what it takes to get them moving. Please assist me with this situation.

Order # [redacted]-[redacted]: The item displayed in the video and images did not match the reality of what I received. I bought a chair that appeared to require a simple two-second assembly at the bottom, as shown in the Amazon ad. Even a professional carpenter had difficulty assembling it, and I had to hire help. Now, in order to return it, I would need to disassemble it again, which is problematic. I am unable to provide a video as evidence of the complex assembly process as it would cost more than triple the chair's price to partially reassemble it. This chair is far from being easily assembled or considered light assembly.

I returned an item I didn't want to UPS as instructed, but it was delivered to my front porch instead. An Amazon driver contacted me about a new delivery, and I informed him of the situation. He left the new package outside my gate. I shouldn't have to make another trip to UPS with this package.

I ordered what I thought was an electronics mystery box, but after reading reviews claiming it was a scam, I attempted to cancel my order. Unfortunately, the cancellation did not go through, and the funds were deducted from my account. I received a package with a gift card for a dubious site called OliveBox. This transaction went through Amazon, and my account details were compromised, resulting in a $46 charge. When I tried to reach out to customer service via chat, they could not locate my order. Subsequently, I received an email stating they were unable to contact the seller, who apparently sells pickled vegetables. I am seeking assistance from Amazon to resolve this significant issue.

I'm concerned about my order. It was declined at 4 am this morning even though there are enough funds in my bank account. I tried to make the payment again. Originally, the items were expected to arrive this week when I placed the order. However, now the delivery date has been pushed to next week. I was counting on receiving these items for Christmas, so I'm worried if the new date is accurate. It's confusing that the delay is a whole week after the issue occurred less than 12 hours ago. Can someone explain this discrepancy to me?

I was expecting a late 10 p.m. order delivered last night at my assisted living facility in Sherwood, Oregon. There was no one at the desk, so I found someone, and with her, received the package. What was showing on the screen all the time was a "3 Cats at a Bench" gift I had bought for a cat-loving friend of mine. What arrived, and I was delighted by, was a giraffe family that I had ordered some time ago. I love them. The package, a Dried Fruit Basket, arrived punctually at my sister's address in Dover, PA. The contents were in good condition, and the delivery driver left it on the front step as expected. Unfortunately, there was an issue as the delivery person failed to ring the doorbell to notify my sister of the delivery. I had to call her to inform her of the package, which took away the element of surprise. I have previously raised this concern with Amazon regarding drivers not ringing doorbells. It would greatly improve the experience for me and others if a simple step such as ringing the doorbell is taken. I am quite disappointed with this oversight.

I've had trouble receiving refunds from Amazon for items that were returned at the Whole Foods drop-off in Tigard, Oregon. Amazon claims I only returned one out of two rocking chair cushions and one out of two blanket lifters when I returned both items. The rocking chair cushions were in the same box they were shipped in, as were the blanket lifters. Despite this, Amazon has removed the refunds and re-charged me for the items. Can someone assist with resolving this issue? Thank you, Arva.

Hello, I have experienced unauthorized transactions on my Amazon UK account. Someone has been making daily purchases of gift cards without my knowledge, leaving me financially strained. Despite reaching out for assistance, Amazon has not been cooperative as there have been 12 separate transactions involved. Approximately £[redacted] has been taken from my bank account for these digital gift cards, and Amazon claims they are unable to trace the source. I ordered some monocular binoculars on December 1st and received them, but they are not as advertised. I have been trying to send them back for a week and a half now. UPS cannot pick them up and I was never provided a reason why. Despite speaking to 5 people via phone and chat, my phone is unable to download the UPC code required for the return. They were supposed to email the UPC to me so my niece could take the binoculars to a UPS store, but so far, that hasn't happened. I am a disabled veteran and cannot drive, and the item I received was not what I expected. I have already spent hours dealing with this. This company is completely untrustworthy. Unfortunately, I am currently using a Kindle, but after this experience, I will never purchase one again. I have bought multiple Kindles in the past, along with various other items from this company. The customer service is abysmal, as they purposely make it incredibly challenging to reach out for assistance. It's disappointing to realize that.

I recently placed an order for Christmas chair covers, but to my surprise, I received track shorts instead. What's even more frustrating is that I never received the covers and received a text inquiring about my thoughts on them. I've been attempting to contact Amazon Customer Service through multiple numbers for the past half hour, but each call keeps getting disconnected. This experience has left me feeling so disappointed that I am contemplating settling my account balances and closing my accounts. Moving forward, I believe I'll explore other online retailers for my future purchases instead of relying on Amazon.

I used a Grubhub coupon from Amazon Prime for my first order, but unfortunately, they made a mistake with it. Grubhub promised a refund but never followed through. After reading similar reviews, it seems like this is a frequent problem with Grubhub. I typically trust Amazon for their quality customer service, and I am quite disappointed with Grubhub's performance. I am considering if Amazon can assist in resolving the issue or possibly reconsider their partnership with Grubhub due to these recurring issues.

I purchased a 12-pack of Permatex Black RTV from Amazon on November 15th. After receiving the package with only one tube instead of twelve, I initiated a return and got a refund. I then reordered the 12-pack. I subsequently returned the incorrectly packaged item to UPS at the store on Shore Dr near Kroger. However, I have received an email stating they never received the returned item and have been billed for it. I am displeased with being charged twice and am seeking a refund.

I have not received my order. According to UPS, they delivered it today, 12/21/[redacted], at 11:43 AM, and left it in my garage, (we do not have a garage) indicating a misdelivery. Despite contacting UPS, they have not retrieved it as promised. This is a Christmas gift, and your assistance in resolving this matter would be appreciated.
