My husband had an Amazon account linked to our email address. Unfortunately, he has passed away, and I am now trying to register my Fire HD10 but encountering issues as the old account associated with our email is still active. The credit card linked to it has been paid off and closed. I haven't used his Amazon account and urgently need it closed to create my own. I placed an order for a large swing set on November 22 with an expected delivery date of December 12. After contacting the delivery company, they rescheduled it for December 14. However, as of today, December 15, the swing set has not arrived. This delay has caused me to reschedule two appointments as someone needed to be home for the delivery. The swing set is a Christmas gift for my granddaughter, and I have plans to have it assembled this Saturday. If the swing set does not arrive by tomorrow, I will need to cancel my order with your company and purchase it elsewhere. Thank you. - BL

I purchased the "Daniel Tiger's Canvas Wall Art Picture Print Hanging Picture Decoration Picture 8 X 10 Inch" on November 9th, [redacted], for $24.25. It was expected to arrive by December 14th, but it did not. Upon checking the tracking information, I received a message stating, "Your package is running late. We're sorry for the additional delay. If you prefer not to wait for this package, you can request a refund." I would appreciate a refund of $24.25. Thank you.

Hello, I am Iris, and I need to share my concerns about the incorrect information provided by one of the customer service representatives. I purchased e-gift cards from amazon.com for my clients in different countries, such as one using amazon.ca. Unfortunately, since the cards were not claimed, I was unable to refund them. Upon reaching out to an associate named Reeta, she mentioned that refunds are only possible if the cards are claimed and cannot be refunded while pending. Consequently, I instructed my clients to redeem the cards, but now other associates are stating that the order is completed, and I am ineligible for a refund.

I've been attempting to change my password for hours due to unexpected activity on my account. Although the activity is mine, my account got locked, and I'm unable to update the password. Even after copying and pasting the new password, it doesn't get accepted. Each time I try to change it, I receive a new one-time code, but the process keeps asking for more codes in a loop. Despite clearing my browser cache, it seems like the old password is still causing issues. There was one instance when I managed to change the password, only to find out upon signing in that it was incorrect.

Yesterday, I noticed my recent purchase was charged to a mysterious gift card balance that I didn't recognize. After investigating my account's gift card history, I discovered multiple transactions throughout the year that I didn't authorize. I haven't enrolled in any automatic gift card renewal programs, making these transactions even more puzzling. I attempted to contact customer service for assistance, but encountered difficulties due to the language barrier. It would be beneficial to have the option to speak with a representative fluent in English, preferably located in the USA.

I'm having trouble accessing my Amazon account due to the constant OTP verification codes. For the past few days, I've had trouble logging into Amazon on my three computers due to repeated password errors. Despite changing my password recently and even talking to a representative to resolve the issue temporarily, I continuously encounter login problems. Presently, I can only access my account on one computer using Google Chrome while facing difficulties on the other two. This ongoing ordeal has been frustrating, especially after spending hours the other night trying to fix it and eventually escalating the matter to a manager. After changing the password again today, I'm able to log in on one computer, but the login issues persist on the rest. I recall reading that it is possible to use the same account on up to three computers simultaneously, yet I continue to face obstacles accessing my Amazon account.

I was in the process of making a purchase on Amazon and applied a promotional code before clicking proceed. The total cost showed as €0.00 due to the discount. While about to finalize the transaction, I noticed that the payment method was set to my old credit card and attempted to update it with my new card. Regarding ORDER #[redacted]3-[redacted], I purchased a book for under $30, which arrived damaged due to poor packaging from a Pennsylvania distribution center. Amazon provided return labels for a return to the UK, but I was informed by UPS that I would need to pay around $67 for postage. I refuse to cover this cost for Amazon's error. Please provide a return label for the US distribution center responsible for the damage. I will not accept any responsibility for Amazon's repeated mistakes, which have inconvenienced me several times in the last two weeks. I am extremely frustrated with this situation.

I recently had to change my password on my Amazon account. I received a confirmation code via notifications, but when I tried to sign in again, I never received the final notification. I noticed a charge of $58.35 on my debit card, which I initially authorized for around $[redacted].74, accounting for taxes. The charge is listed under a book store, even though I haven't made any purchases from one. Strangely, the recent order I placed for a rice cooker shows up under the same book store merchant. While speaking to Kyle, an Amazon representative, about these charges, he suddenly lost access to my account midway through our conversation. I am uncertain about how to proceed with this issue.
