I am having trouble logging in. I do not have a smartphone to tap for authentication. This issue has persisted for several weeks. I have been a Prime member for a long time, but I am unable to log in. I have been trying for months and just found this number on Google. I am a handicapped vet who recently spent around five months in the hospital. I was on life support in the Cleveland VA hospital for 8 months due to an infection after an operation. I was totally unconscious. After waking up, the doctors removed my trachea and feeding tube. The surgeon indicated that I would need about two years to regain my stamina (3 days for every day I was unconscious). Since then, I have moved to a new address at [redacted] Brookmount Rd ([redacted]), Fairlawn, OH [redacted]. Order No. [redacted]-[redacted], regarding the DEWALT 20V MAX* String Trimmer, 14-Inch, Tool Only (DCST922B), has an issue where the trimmer does not function with two different 5 AH batteries. I am requesting a replacement for the nonoperational trimmer. Unfortunately, I am unable to return the item currently as I discarded the box prior to assembling and testing the trimmer. Hence, I would appreciate receiving a new string trimmer along with its packaging for the return of the faulty one.

I purchased two Carhartt hoodies on 11-30. They were both delivered to the Jackson, MS facility on 12-7. One was delivered that afternoon, but the other was supposed to arrive the next day. After checking the tracking, I saw it had been transferred to another carrier for delivery. I waited until the 12th to track it on the UPS website, where I was told the tracking number was invalid. On December 5, I was charged $16.04 for Prime, but I have not been able to access Prime Video through the trial membership. I would like a refund for the charge and for the subscription to be canceled as I have never used it. I encountered an error message every time I attempted to watch, prompting me to sign up for the 30-day trial, even though my information was already submitted and accepted. As a result of this issue, my wife used a different card to sign up for a separate subscription. I would appreciate it if you could cancel the extra subscription and refund the $16.04. As a person with a disability, I rely on delivery services. Recently, a delivery driver knocked at my door, but when I called out to him, he walked away. After stopping him, he was disrespectful and even threw the package at me. This treatment of disabled individuals is unacceptable. I do not have a mobile phone due to my disabilities, and it was a challenge for me to report this incident.

I am still struggling to resolve my Amazon account issue. Despite conversing with multiple representatives, I received conflicting information. One representative assured me that the problem was resolved, but even after receiving an email and phone call to confirm, I still cannot access my account three weeks later. The lack of assistance and concern from Amazon is disheartening. One representative even suggested that I give up, but the sum in question is $[redacted]. Is my money so indispensable to Amazon or Jeff Bezos that they cannot provide me with the necessary support?

I called to address concerns about recent charges on my account. I wanted to ensure the charges were authorized. After investigating, it appears my daughter accidentally made the purchases.
She has used my credit card with permission in the past, but this time it was a mistake. She did not mean to use my card; she was tired, and the small phone screen led to the error.

I am unable to access my account because I no longer have access to the email I used to create it. Despite providing specific details about my account to two representatives during the account recovery process, I was unable to recall the old credit card information associated with it. Even though I have paid for numerous TV shows stored in my account, the representatives explained they had to follow computer protocols. I am frustrated and do not want to lose access to my account. I firmly believe that my account should not be inaccessible just because of this issue. I am hopeful that there may be another way to regain access to my account.

I am having trouble logging in. I used to access my wife's account, but she is now in a care facility and I don't have her login information. Amazon recently contacted me about a new account and a gift card, but I have not received anything. I have been a regular Amazon customer but had issues with hacking in my account recently. I attempted to place an order on 12-13, successfully entering the security code received to order the item. However, when trying to place an order on 12-14, I did not receive a security code and was unable to proceed with the order. While speaking to Ian from customer service, I encountered difficulty unlocking my account as he inquired about the start date for my Prime membership, which I couldn't recall. As a loyal Prime customer for many years, I don't feel the level of customer service I received was satisfactory. At the age of 86, I believe I deserve better treatment. Please assist me in permanently unlocking my account.

I ordered hazelnut coffee creamer to be delivered between the 12th and 14th. When I called to inquire about my order, the customer service representative asked me to check the Google Play store. After doing so, he accused me of lying, which led me to cancel my order. I hope to receive a refund on my credit card by next Friday. I am disappointed in the service I received and will be sharing this experience with my family and friends.
