I have an upcoming order that is delayed, and I was asked to approve this delay on my desktop. I do not own a desktop computer; I do everything on my cell phone. I sent an email to Amazon to approve the delay, and I received a confirmation. However, today I received a second request on the Amazon shopping app to approve the delay on my desktop again. I just want someone from Amazon to resolve this issue for me once and for all.

I am inquiring about my recent order status. The tracking information indicates that my order was delivered and placed in the mailbox. However, I only received one item that I ordered, which did fit in the mailbox. The remaining four items from the same order were supposedly also placed in the mailbox, but they would not fit due to the size of the package. I am puzzled by this discrepancy and would appreciate assistance in locating the missing items.

I spoke with a representative to arrange the return of a package sent by my mother-in-law for my children for Christmas. After printing a return label for UPS, a UPS driver came to collect the package the next day. He put a new label over the one I printed. I have been waiting for the gift card refund, but it hasn't shown up in my account. Checking the tracking information, it indicates the package has not been returned yet.

My information was used to open an account, and a package was sent to my house without my knowledge. I tried to resolve it with Amazon, but I couldn't access the account as it wasn't mine. It turns out my niece used my debit card to order the items. I didn't make the purchase and want to return it for a refund. Unfortunately, I can't obtain the order slip without account access. How can I get a refund for the $26 spent? The issue here is the principle rather than the amount.

On November 26th, I purchased a diamond ring for $[redacted].98 with ASIN number B094468KM7. On December 3rd, I bought the same ring with the same ASIN number, but this time it cost $[redacted].99. The reason for buying another is that the first ring was too big for me. I contacted Amazon at 1-[redacted] on Tuesday, December 8th. I was advised to use a computer to resolve the issue, which I don't have access to, so I'm currently at a friend's place using their computer. However, when I called the number again, it seems to be out of service. I encountered difficulties on chat with unhelpful operators and when I tried to get a call back from Amazon, the operators hung up on me after just two minutes. Despite trying to email [redacted], I received a response stating they couldn't assist me with this matter regarding the price difference. It's disappointing that Amazon's customer service is not offering help, so I plan to reach out to the jeweler directly.

I received the package on December 6. It was handed to a receptionist. The signature on file is Ruben. The item is a FEATOL Back Brace for Lower Back Pain, suitable for waist size 24.4''-30'', for relief from conditions like herniated disc, sciatica, and scoliosis. The return or replacement window is open until January 31, [redacted]. However, I have not received this item yet.

I purchased a PlayStation 4 controller back in January, but recently discovered it doesn't work. I didn't realize it earlier because it was a gift card purchase. I ordered a replacement around Thanksgiving, but it hasn't arrived yet. I'm puzzled by the delay for a single controller. I still have the original one that doesn't work. I receive my order information in Spanish, but I only speak and read US English. Even though I have enabled the "always translate to English" option, I still receive messages and shipping notices in Spanish most of the time. This is even more problematic on my Kindles. When I read up to the point of purchase or try to use the Store option, everything appears in Spanish, hindering my ability to place orders. This situation is quite frustrating. I believe I should be able to set my Amazon communications to default to English always. How can I resolve this issue? Thank you, Ray L.

I need help completing my order. I have a $42 order and a $50 gift card that I uploaded, but I can't finish the checkout process. I want to order three items: cotton yarn, a car key for a Nissan Altima as a backup for my boyfriend, and catnip mice toys for my cat. Recently, I've been receiving emails stating that my Amazon payment method needs to be updated or my orders won't be shipped. I've tried to update it even though my credit card is active and valid. I am trying to return an Amazon Fire case, but we don't have a UPS location nearby for drop-off. I thought I could use Kohl’s as a drop-off point, but that option isn't available. I need to change my return method to select a Kohl's store as the return location instead of going out of my way to find a UPS drop-off.

I fell victim to a website that claimed to be associated with Amazon, only to find out it wasn't. The site required completing forty tasks related to affiliate marketing. At task 35, they asked for a significant sum of money and blocked me from adding more funds. When I requested to withdraw my money without any commission, they informed me I could only do so after finishing all tasks. Unfortunately, I am unable to complete the remaining tasks. I received an email stating the driver attempted delivery unexpectedly at 6 am on December 22, [redacted]. I found it odd as I was home at the time and did not receive any calls or doorbell notifications. The email instructed me to pick up the package from the carrier without specifying which carrier to contact. After reaching out to Amazon's Customer Service Representative, I was informed that a third-party was responsible for the delivery. They reached out to the seller and advised me to contact USPS directly for further assistance. However, after checking the USPS website, I discovered that the tracking number provided was not valid. This situation seems suspicious to me, and I believe I am entitled to a refund or a replacement item from a more reliable source due to this inconvenience. I received an invoice for a payment regarding an order that was canceled by Amazon. The order can be seen in the canceled orders section under the Orders Tab. I have attempted to reorder the products multiple times. Each time, I receive an email stating that my Amazon account is suspended due to unpaid open orders, which I believe I do not have. The delivery driver consistently leaves packages on my driveway exposed to the street and weather, despite my front door being just 15 feet away. The driver claims the package was "handed directly to a resident," which is misleading. I have video evidence from my RING camera showing the driver leaving the package on my driveway. This unacceptable behavior is not an isolated incident as several neighbors experienced similar issues on December 11th around 4:30 pm.

I am incredibly disappointed and frustrated. My daughter, the only person I have, sent me a Christmas present. However, instead of delivering it to my new address, the package was sent to my old address which led to it being lost. She updated the address, and I have been living at my new address for 8 months with all mail forwarded except yours. The company is blaming her, but this is not her fault. I prefer phone calls over emails, so please reach out to me at [redacted]. My daughter shops with your company, and I cannot understand why this issue has not been resolved.

My daughter, who is the only living family member I have, sent a Christmas package through your service, but it got delivered to my old address. Despite updating my address almost a year ago, Amazon still did not have the correct information. I am truly upset about this situation as my daughter is in Illinois, and I am in Arizona. I sincerely hope that Amazon can maintain its reputation by replacing the package instead of simply dismissing the error.

I received Order # [redacted]-[redacted] with the book "Hyperbole and a Half: Unfortunate Situations, Flawed Coping Mechanisms, Mayhem, and Other Things That Happened" by Allie Brosh damaged. The package arrived undamaged, but the book has issues. The front cover and first few pages look chewed on the top right corner, and there's minor damage in other areas too. While Amazon offered a full return and replacement, I worry about facing the same problem if I exchange it and not having it in time. I wonder if a partial refund could be an alternative solution instead of the full return.
