In August, I received and processed 2 orders and bills correctly. However, on September 3, [redacted], there was a charge of $13.60 on my VISA ending in *15, reference # [redacted]7N2XPH15SL, for unknown items. These charges do not appear on my AMAZON account or in any confirmation email, so it seems like an unauthorized transaction. Can you please clarify this issue? Additionally, I have discovered that my VISA account has been compromised. I request that no further transactions be made using my current card. The last valid order was on August 7, [redacted], for $7.30.

I recently received a package containing three diet pills. After contacting the company, I was informed that they charged my debit card due to me participating in an Amazon survey and expressing interest in their products. Subsequently, another company mentioned a similar scenario with a face cream product charged to my card without receiving it, and a third company charged me twice for diet pills I never received. I have reported these unauthorized charges totaling over $[redacted] to my bank for investigation. It is important to note that Amazon only has my credit card information, not my debit card. As both companies claim to have obtained my details from Amazon, I am seeking a refund for these transactions.

I purchased 6 bottles of Solaray Magnesium supplement on August 13 (order [redacted]-[redacted]). Despite being a repeat customer, I found the reformulated product dissatisfactory this time. The items arrived in 6 separate plastic envelopes, prompting me to seek a return. I successfully processed the return online, consolidating all 6 bottles in one box with a single return label. This package was dropped off at the Hilo, Hawaii UPS terminal shortly after printing the label. However, as of today, 10/3/[redacted], I received a "Return Reminder" email indicating that while the refund was issued, all the products have not been received. On your website, one bottle is marked as received (return complete), while the status of the other 5 is "return in transit." Since all 6 items were sent back together, I would expect them all to be accounted for. It is important that the website accurately reflects the return to avoid any unnecessary charges. Hello, I am inquiring about the delivery of my order #[redacted]-[redacted]. The delivery was rerouted to a different address since I was not home. I asked the driver to come to my house, which is only 2km away from the original address, but he refused. I provided a nearby shop's address for delivery, but unfortunately, the item was not delivered there. The email notification indicates that the item has been delivered, but I cannot locate it. I am quite surprised and confused by this situation. I expect better service from your reputable brand. Please address this issue promptly. Thank you.

I purchased a Samsung mobile phone, Model M30S, from AMAZON with Invoice no MH-SPNA-[redacted]21-[redacted] on October 3, [redacted], and I received it on October 4, [redacted]. However, upon opening the parcel, I found that the phone was tampered with, the box was badly damaged, the seal was already broken, and the mobile was outside the box in poor condition. This has been a truly terrible and inconvenient experience as I urgently needed the handset. I have documented this with photos and videos for evidence. I am looking to return the item, get a refund promptly, and seek compensation for the inconvenience caused by AMAZON.

Several months ago, due to an irritating conflict between my Amazon.com and Amazon.fr memberships, I had to update my email address registered with you. Previously, it was [redacted], and now it is [redacted] However, I have realized that I am no longer listed as a Prime member, despite owning an Amazon Prime credit card with the number 4[redacted] 0[redacted]. I recently purchased an Oneida "Camlynn" 8-piece steak knife set. Unfortunately, the set I received did not match the product shown in the picture. This is the second time I have ordered this set from different sellers, and both times I received the wrong set. The first seller accepted the return without any issues. I informed the current seller about the incorrect item description. Although they updated the product picture, the set is still not the "Camlynn" set as described. I requested a full refund, which they approved. However, the seller wants me to cover the return shipping costs, even though the error was on their end. I don't believe I should be responsible for these charges.

I need to return an item, but the UPS Store in my small town doesn't have a scanner for returns, and I can't drive 40 miles to the nearest UPS Store. I asked for a shipping label with a physical address, but they wanted to discuss it further. They offered to chat, call me, or I could call them, but none of these options worked. The chat was closed, and the phone numbers wouldn't connect. Why is it so hard to provide a shipping label with an address for a return?

I placed an order in the first week of August with an expected delivery date of August 18. However, I have not received the product yet. After contacting customer service, I was informed that my refund would be processed by September 9, but I have not received that either. I bought two sets of decoration feeding bottles from Atpata Funky for Rs. [redacted]. Atpata Funky mentioned that they have not received the refund either and suggested that Amazon would refund the amount within 7 days. What steps should I take to resolve this issue?

I urgently need a callback today! I've been struggling to convey my issues to your customer service team, the vendor, or the delivery service. I've incurred over $[redacted] in costs due to missed start dates for our new addition. I can't reach anyone at Vanity Arts, supervisors are unhelpful, and the service reps lack authority. This is my worst Amazon experience. I am stuck in a hotel with my three kids because materials weren't delivered for the third time, leaving our floor exposed. Who will reimburse my workers' lost wages of around $[redacted] ($[redacted] for each day without materials)? I've requested to speak with a general manager and offered to accept a used or similar item by tomorrow to avoid more delays. Please help! I feel extremely taken advantage of right now.

On July 13, [redacted], I ordered a small air circulator fan from ebay. I received confirmation and saw the charge on my checking account. Later, I received a notice from TRS Recovery Services in Georgia about an alleged $15 unpaid balance with amazon, claiming to have a referral from them. I never heard from amazon directly. I am seeking information on who at amazon would refer accounts to TRS Recovery Services, in order to address this issue directly.

I am unable to log in despite multiple attempts and calls for assistance. I have spent over two hours on the phone with no resolution. When trying to reset my password through the website, I've clicked "forgot password?" numerous times, but I never received the One-Time Password (OTP) in my email at [redacted] I've checked all folders, including spam and trash. Despite talking to various representatives, including an "Account Professional," I was promised a callback from another "Account Professional" within 15 minutes for a resolution, but it has been an hour with no response. Hello, I paid for standard delivery (£6) in order for my package to arrive today, Friday the 4th, as it is a crucial birthday gift. The delivery was scheduled with DHL to arrive before 6pm, and I provided instructions for the package to be left on my balcony as I would not be home. Unfortunately, the package was not delivered as expected. I am requesting a refund for the shipping cost as the service provided was not fulfilled. I could have opted for free shipping and received the package on Monday instead. This experience has been quite disappointing.

I received the wrong size pants from La Ilusion, and after requesting a return label for the correct size, I was only provided with an option that required me to pay for postage. Despite sending multiple emails asking for a prepaid postage label, my requests were never answered. I decided to mail the pants back at a cost of $10.29. I reached out to Amazon and they promised to refund this amount. I was in touch with Marion C regarding this matter, and he provided instructions on how to receive the refund once La Ilusion processed the return. Unfortunately, I seem to have accidentally deleted his message with the details. Could you please provide me with the necessary information to resolve this issue?

I recently placed an order for the book "Becoming" by Michelle Obama. I received a text message stating that the book would be delivered on October 2nd. Subsequently, at 7:15 PM, I received a call from the delivery person confirming my address details for the delivery. Shortly after, I received a notification that the delivery would take place on October 3rd. Today is now October 4th, and I have not received any updates from the company. Throughout my time as a loyal customer, I have never encountered such unprofessional conduct from Amazon before. I was assured of a 48-hour delivery timeline which has not been met. I was promised next-day delivery, but it hasn't arrived. My order was placed on October 2nd. Order #[redacted]-[redacted]. I received a notification stating attempted delivery without contact from the driver. I'm hoping for delivery today evening by a responsible individual. Hello, I tried to rent a movie on primovidio and received a message: "Unfortunately, we are unable to complete your order. Your selected payment method was not charged. The billing address for your payment method must be a valid address in Germany. If you wish to pay by credit card, your credit card must have been issued by a bank in Germany. I have been an Amazon Prime member for several years. I recently found out that Amazon offers discounted Prime memberships for individuals with EBT cards or on Medicaid for $5.99. As a low-income MEDICARE recipient, I wonder why this discount is not extended to those on MEDICARE and Social Security. While I sympathize with individuals on EBT or Medicaid, it's disheartening to see some who choose not to work. Many establishments provide discounts to individuals 65 and older, so why doesn't Amazon do the same for MEDICARE recipients like myself who have worked their whole lives?

I reached out to the 3rd party seller regarding an order for ASICS Gel Kayano 5 OG white/white 12.5. They have informed me about a delay and possibly not being able to fulfill the order. My issue lies with the vendor. I am puzzled as to why I was not informed about the problem with the order promptly. I patiently waited for an order that they are unable to fulfill. I am now being asked to cancel the order. Why am I being asked to do this? If they are unable to fill it, shouldn't I have been notified beforehand? And now they want to cancel the order...
