I'm currently navigating a situation involving the Postal Service and Amazon. I recently received a package that required payment upon delivery to my Boca Raton address, but there seems to be confusion about the shipping details. Amazon claimed they sent it to my old New Jersey address first, resulting in additional forwarding charges. However, I have consistently updated my address to Boca Raton, which the Postal Service confirmed seeing on my recent orders. Despite Amazon stating the items were addressed to Boca Raton, a label with the New Jersey address was sent to me. I have a copy of the label for reference.

I recently received the CITRA LED OUTDOOR HOUSE LIGHT I ordered, but unfortunately, it is not working properly. I have initiated a return, and the courier partner will be collecting it soon. Could you please advise me on how to securely seal the package for its return? I am disappointed as I suspect this might be a duplicate product due to its faulty nature. Additionally, the package did not include an instruction manual on how to operate the light. If this issue is not resolved, I may have to file a complaint against Amazon and consider avoiding future purchases from them. I gave my students the book "Neverwhere" by Neil Gaiman and purchased a copy for myself. After reading and annotating the text, three of us discovered that we have duplicate chapters and are missing thirty important pages. As the students have a term paper to write on the book, we require a complete version of the text while also retaining the notes and illustrations we already made in the faulty copies we purchased. Any guidance would be appreciated.

Issue with Pick-up:
I recently ordered a stand to pin [redacted] for inside delivery. The delivery personnel brought it to my home, but are now refusing to pick it up for the return. They insist that I bring it to the delivery office myself. Despite three attempts, they have forced me to cancel and reorder the return. I request that the pick-up team communicate respectfully and understand that if they delivered, they can also pick up the item. I will make an effort to take the item to the delivery office, however, I urge the delivery team to avoid repeating this behavior with other customers. It is their duty to pick up items that were delivered.

I purchased a laptop from Amazon, and they sent me an email asking for payment confirmation, which I did right away. They promised a 24-hour resolution, but two weeks passed with no progress. I had to use a different account to contact Amazon chat, and once again, they promised a 24-hour resolution. They advised me to reorder on the new account, but now I find myself in the same frustrating position. I am deeply disappointed with the lack of customer service from Amazon. It's concerning that their rating system only goes down to 1 star because they would deserve a rating lower than zero.

I am experiencing problems with a transporter who has misplaced or tampered with my packages. Today, only two out of three packages arrived intact; the Samsung 9+ phone I was expecting is missing. I attempted to contact French support through amazon.fr, but it appears they do not have the necessary assistance available. The transporter in question, Chronopost, should face consequences for their mishandling of packages, including theft and misplacement. I encountered an issue while attempting to place an order due to difficulty resetting my password. Following a call to customer service, I received a temporary password via email but was unable to use it as it was deemed invalid. The agent assisting me could see the items in my shopping cart but couldn't finalize the order without the correct password. Given my age and memory challenges, I struggle with password changes. Ideally, I would prefer to call a number and have an agent complete the order on my behalf. Frustrated after spending over half an hour trying to resolve this last night, I abandoned the process. Thank you for the email correspondence. Last month, I had terminated my Amazon account. Despite this, I unexpectedly received a shipment of products that were part of the "Ship and Save" service. Consequently, I did not authorize any deductions from my bank account, as I had already cancelled my Amazon account. Please cease all future deliveries of pads or coffee. I am not anticipating any charges from Amazon until I provide further notice. I appreciate your assistance and excellent service.
