I purchased an Apple iPhone 6s with order number [redacted]-[redacted]. Unfortunately, the phone arrived dead. The delivery person suggested it might not be charged and advised me to do so, but even after charging, the phone remains unresponsive. I reached out to Amazon customer service, who redirected me to Apple customer service, and now I am struggling to contact customer support for resolution as per Amazon's return policy within 10 days. My contact number is [redacted] and email is [redacted]

I placed an order, but it got canceled, and then I received an email saying my account is temporarily blocked. The email mentioned I would receive instructions to unblock my account, but I never got them. When I tried to log in, I was asked for my billing details. I contacted Amazon help on Twitter, and they advised me to send an email with my ID card and utility bill, which I did. However, I haven't received any further communication within the 48-hour timeframe mentioned.

I'm confused about what happened with Jean (Roger Johansson) and me when we were purchasing storage food. My credit union alerted me about someone using my card, so they stopped it and issued me a new one. After updating the new card, Roger mentioned his bank was unaware of his card being used on Amazon, but he fixed it. Despite this, I'm still facing issues with making purchases or receiving paid items. I'm unsure about the situation and need assistance in understanding what went wrong.

This is my first time using Amazon, and after this experience, I don't plan to use their services again. The delivery driver left packages at my door with the wrong address and didn't even knock or ring the bell. When I realized what happened, I saw him leaving in his car. I tried calling their number, but it didn't work. The packages were meant for [redacted] Martin Luther King Boulevard in Los Angeles, but I live elsewhere. Unfortunately, I have no way to transport them to the correct address, so I hope someone will eventually come to claim them.

My delivery arrived yesterday, and it had a technical issue. Today, the pick-up was scheduled between 7 AM to 1 PM. I was present, but I had to step out briefly for an urgent errand and requested the delivery person to wait for just 15 minutes. However, the individual was unprofessional, rude, and blunt. They declined to wait, stating, "Why did you call me?" This behavior is unacceptable. They even mentioned, "Tell those at home to handle it." It is unreasonable to expect a young child and an elderly handicapped individual to deal with such a discourteous delivery person with the phone number [redacted]. Previously, delivery and pick-up staff would at least call to confirm the timing, but now they don't. It is challenging to remain homebound for an extended period on a weekend when these individuals arrive whenever they want. The staff in Bengaluru handle things much better, and in comparison, these individuals are rude and arrogant. Please address this matter promptly.

I am continuously receiving emails regarding my Amazon Prime account being suspended and issues with the payment method stored, though I do not have an active Amazon Prime subscription, or at least I am not aware of it as there is no visible subscription in my Amazon account. My email address linked to Amazon is [redacted] Despite my attempts to locate the subscription and unsubscribe, I have been unsuccessful. Kindly assist me in unsubscribing from Amazon Prime and cease any attempts to charge me for services that I have not authorized.
Warm regards,

Hello, I recently received an email regarding a charge back from Amazon, with Order # [redacted]8 [redacted]. Due to a previous hacking incident with my credit card, I'm cautious. I would like to confirm if this email is truly from Amazon before responding. Additionally, I prefer receiving verification codes via email instead of text message, as I do not use texting on my mobile phone. Thank you for your help.

I placed an order for 'univocean modern brick 3D wall paper' on September 28, [redacted], to be delivered to CSC complex, Jogbani, Bihar, [redacted]. The order comprised two items, with order number [redacted]-[redacted]. Upon tracking my order, it indicates that it was shipped on October 3, [redacted], and supposedly delivered on October 4. However, the status shows that I returned the order, which is incorrect as I did not initiate any return. The order was sent back to the seller without my consent or action, leaving me puzzled. I am seeking assistance to resolve this issue promptly and have the items redelivered to me at the earliest.

I bought a Diamond Selector II and thought it was missing a part. I contacted Amazon, and they sent me a replacement. I later realized the part wasn't missing, just looked that way. Should I return the second item? The shipping costs may exceed the item's value, but I want to do the right thing and not keep something I don't need due to my mistake.

Regarding the missed Amazon One-Day delivery for my granddaughter's birthday party:
As a long-time loyal Amazon Prime customer alongside my wife, we have always valued the convenience and service provided. However, a recent experience has left me disappointed. For my granddaughters' birthday party on 10/6/[redacted], I placed an order for birthday party toys ensuring one-day delivery. Regrettably, the items did not arrive on time, causing disappointment for my two young granddaughters.
I acknowledge that mistakes can happen, but in this instance, the impact on two innocent children's hearts is undeniable. Despite my understanding of the complexities of business operations, the promise I made to my granddaughters has been broken, and the consequence is theirs to bear. I felt compelled to share my feedback with Amazon, on the hopes that such incidents will be minimized in the future to prevent similar disappointments for others.

I recently lost my sister. Her account was previously paid with a Discover card and then switched to a MasterCard. I am trying to update the billing to our Visa card. Unfortunately, I am having trouble logging in with my email. I just need assistance to access the account so I can make the payment switch. Only my husband and I should have access to this account. Please, I need quick assistance with resolving this matter.

I am frustrated with the inconsistency in delivery times. I made an order yesterday with a guaranteed next-day delivery promise, but it seems like that won't be the case. Although it's just a day's delay, it's inconvenient as someone would have been available to receive it today, unlike tomorrow when it'll be left unattended outside. It's disappointing that the delivery window indicated at the time of my order cannot be fulfilled.

I noticed that on Amazon, there is a book that shares the title of my well-known book, "To Die in Chicago." However, this other author's fiction work is unrelated to Chicago. It's disappointing that Amazon doesn't regulate this, and seeing both books listed side by side on Kindle is disheartening. I suspect the other author is trying to boost their sales by using my title. Unfortunately, book titles are not covered by copyright, so I am unable to take any legal action. It seems like Amazon can be a risky platform for authors like me.

I believe that using Ave Maria to promote hair gel is highly inappropriate and disrespectful. Ave Maria holds deep significance in Catholic rituals like weddings and funerals, and to see it used in such a commercial manner is both upsetting and offensive. The gravity of cultural misappropriation, especially with religious hymns, should not be taken lightly. Imagine the outrage if this had been done with a minority group instead. It's crucial to respect the sacredness of religious traditions and refrain from turning them into mere marketing tools.

I have noticed that 99% of the mobile delivery boys reject the mobiles without finding any issues. Even though my mobile had no visible problems, the delivery boy failed it without giving a proper reason. He mentioned a small denting issue that was not even visible. He also suggested that I should take the mobile to a shop, pay ₹[redacted] for color, and reapply during Diwali to get a big discount. I am concerned about the lack of transparency in the verification process and delivery personnel's actions. I urge Amazon to consider customer feedback in cases where verifications fail. Thank you.

I used my boyfriend's credit card to purchase items from an Amazon baby registry. The order was put on hold due to suspicions of fraud. I reached out for assistance on Friday and provided all the necessary information, but I did not receive the promised call within 24 hours. The items are still on hold, and I am unable to proceed with the purchase. If possible, please contact Terry Lee Toney at [redacted] to resolve this matter by providing his card details. Alternatively, kindly release the items on hold so I can purchase them using an Amazon gift card. Thank you. Angela Marie Carbon, [redacted].

I ordered a pair of women's slippers from China, but received an extra pair in the same package with no return label or paperwork. I contacted Amazon for help, but haven't received an email response. Upon returning from a trip, I found another larger pair of the same slippers. I don't have order numbers for the extra pairs, but in the past, Amazon instructed me to keep such items. I've reached out to Amazon once, but due to being a senior citizen and Prime member, it was a bit challenging to communicate effectively. I'm concerned about potential charges for the extra pairs and need urgent assistance. Thank you.

I ordered the "Rubbermaid Premier Food Storage Containers, 20-Piece Set, Gray" on my last purchase. It was expected to arrive on October 5th, but only my other items arrived, and the Rubbermaid set did not. Amazon's website said the delivery is delayed with no new date provided. This set was a gift for my son visiting from NJ who has now left. I am in VA, so I am unsure what to do next. Can the shipment location be changed to his address? If not, should I cancel the item and reorder it to be sent to NJ?

I recently tried using Amazon Kindle for the first time, and I found it quite confusing. I signed up for Amazon Kindle Unlimited on July 25th. When I received the statement in early September for the August monthly charge, I decided to cancel my subscription. I contacted Amazon on September 9th and spoke to a representative who assured me that I wouldn't have to pay the bill. I also received an email asking me to confirm the cancellation, which I promptly did. However, today I received a statement from Amazon charging me for two months of membership and a $10.99 late fee. This has left me feeling very frustrated. I kindly request assistance in canceling all the charges, except for the $10.99 charge from July 25th to August 25th, which I am willing to pay for one month. Additionally, could you please help me cancel the digital order D01-[redacted]-[redacted]? Even though I thought I had deleted the order, it appears to still be active. Thank you for your help!
