I am unable to receive the goods as an individual because the Supplier sent them as samples instead of for personal use. Since I'm required to clear this product as a legal entity (company), I am unable to do so. I kindly request a refund for the product since there is no way for me to receive it. The responsibility for the delivery lies solely with the Supplier who chooses the transport method. The issues with the goods not being correctly registered in the invoice have caused me inconvenience. The discrepancy in the product name on the website versus the invoice has led to difficulties with the transport company. I want to emphasize that I did not make any errors in my details as a Buyer on Alibaba where I am listed as Anastasia. The mistakes made by the Supplier in sending the goods have made it impossible for me to collect them.

I'm having trouble making a payment. When I enter my credit card details, the system connects to the bank, starts processing the payment, but then shows a blank screen with a backward arrow labeled "cruise SPI - Set up." After that, nothing happens - I don't get any confirmation of payment or a receipt. The seller didn't receive the payment, so it seems it didn't go through. I've attempted this three times, and each time ends the same way. This situation is quite frustrating, and I could use some assistance.

I recently purchased an expensive item from Taobao, a Vitamix blender called “The Quiet One,” which is over 12,[redacted] yuan. The seller, Silkwave official store, offered me a return label, but asked me to change my complaint. They kept me waiting for a month and a half, then said I must pay for the return shipping (around 30 euros). I also found out positive reviews are bought (5 stars for 10 euros). This seller lies about the product, reviews, and resolving issues, just to stall and make me keep the wig and keep my money. AliExpress, whom I contacted multiple times, does nothing and tells me to negotiate with the seller (basically with a scammer). I have kept all communications and evidence of what I have just described.

I feel frustrated with the runaround I am experiencing. It's disheartening that despite using Alibaba, incidents like these can occur. Many companies on Alibaba don't utilize the trade assurance feature. I would appreciate any guidance or support in resolving this issue.

Hello, I would like to file a complaint against the seller TPXINXIH and the inaction of AliExpress. In May [redacted], I purchased a car multimedia device for a Range Rover Evoque on AliExpress. After a year, I started experiencing issues with the device such as the Bluetooth hands-free feature not working, volume control on the steering wheel and factory head unit not functioning, and the device activation disappearing.
