I purchased poly bags from Guangzhou Xiaolizi Packaging Material Technology Co., Ltd. The tracking number provided is [redacted][redacted]0. The supplier stated the package was sent via air express shipping, but it's been almost two weeks, and the package has not arrived. The tracking number appears to be invalid, and communication with the supplier has been inconsistent. Despite my attempts, the supplier is unwilling to provide a refund and is ignoring my messages. I am seeking assistance with this issue.

I placed an order on DesigualIsrael.com for jeans and sneakers, but instead received plastic glasses worth $10 after waiting a month and a half. They refuse to refund my money and I discovered the site is associated with ALIBABA.COM SINGAPORE E-COMMERCE PRIVATE LIMITED. It seems like a fraudulent transaction. How can I resolve this issue and get my refund? Thank you.

Hello, Our Kazakh company recently purchased an electric forklift on Alibaba and completed the payment via bank transfer as instructed by the seller. The order status on the website still shows as "awaiting payment," though the payment has been made, and we are now awaiting the shipment of the goods. Our order is covered by a trade guarantee, but without the payment being acknowledged, how do we ensure this protection? If the seller fails to send the goods promptly, what steps should we take to address this issue? Thank you.

Dear AliExpress Customer Support Team, I am writing to request your immediate help with accessing my AliExpress account. Sadly, I cannot log in because my registered email address, [redacted], is no longer active. Yahoo deactivated it due to inactivity, causing me to miss important correspondence and verification codes from AliExpress. I have tried changing my email on the account, but the verification codes are still sent to the inactive Yahoo address. This is problematic as I am expecting a refund for a recent order and cannot manage it without account access. I kindly ask for your quick assistance in updating my email on file. I attempted to purchase a motor scooter for $[redacted] on Alibaba. Initially, I paid a $[redacted] deposit. Shortly after, they requested an additional $[redacted] for customs fees, processing, etc., which I paid through PayPal's family and friends option. Eventually, the seller asked for another $[redacted], which I refused. I requested a refund to my PayPal account, but the seller keeps delaying, claiming they need to resolve everything with their management. I am familiar with the company and have the email addresses of the two sellers through PayPal. Unfortunately, since the payment was made using the family and friends feature on PayPal, I am unable to retrieve the funds through them.
