Good evening, I placed an order for a cellphone on June 14th with Alibaba, and it was supposed to arrive between 13 to 17 days. The package was sent on June 16th, and on July 1st, the package was with the mail carrier. By 3 pm, there was an issue with the delivery. I contacted 4-72 via chat, and they mentioned a logistical problem, ensuring it would be resolved during the week. However, to date, there hasn't been any update from 4-72 or Alibaba. Additionally, Alibaba mentions the option to claim for a late delivery if it surpasses the specified date.

Hello. The delivery company TSM has been holding my packages for over 2 months. Despite my numerous complaints to their service, I have not received any response to date. They are not delivering to customers. AliExpress refuses to refund because the tracking shows it is in a local center, which is completely false. On May 14, [redacted], I placed an order for a language translator on AliExpress with order number [redacted][redacted] from CN Digital Lectronic Store. The delivery time was not met and was postponed, the seller did not provide the complete delivery address, resulting in the package being returned. A written promise of a refund was also disregarded. When I inquire about it, they either stay silent or respond with "okay, my friend." This abuse of trust is unacceptable; the seller seems to be taking advantage of AliExpress customers. I made a $[redacted] payment via Zelle from my Truist bank account to Meredith Craft at Wells Fargo, with Jojo Untalan providing the information. Jojo claims to not have received the payment, even though my bank confirmed the transfer was successful. Despite this, Jojo has not shipped the QSC TouchMix 30 Pro 32-Channel Compact Digital Mixer or refunded the money.
My bank's internal investigation verified the payment but requires Jojo's bank statement to proceed further due to Truist Bank policies. I am seeking assistance on the next steps to resolve this issue. I can provide screenshots of the conversations from the Alibaba website for reference.

I purchased [redacted] paper boxes from Yiwu In Pack Co., Ltd. through Alibaba, and unfortunately, they arrived with dark glue stains and were of inferior quality. After contacting the company and sending photos, they acknowledged the issue and blamed a new worker for the problem. They asked me to provide videos of all the boxes for a refund, which was a time-consuming task but necessary.
Upon sending the videos, they claimed it was mold due to incorrect storage on my part, despite the initial admission of the problem based on the photos I provided. They are now ignoring my messages, creating a frustrating situation as the timeframe for complaints or reviews on Alibaba has passed. I placed order [redacted][redacted] on your website on July 23rd at 10:42. I received it in early August. It is a repair kit for an Alto saxophone. Unfortunately, the springs are too small for my Alto saxophone. I requested a return to the seller. The seller asked for a video showing the issue on YouTube. I made the video and tried to send the link, but the site keeps rejecting it. I am willing to do what the seller asks, but I need a solution! I keep receiving the message stating that it contains inappropriate content, which prevents me from sending the link. I have also tried to send it via email without success.

For over 4 weeks, I have been receiving a link asking for a payment of [redacted]€ for a supposed purchase I have not made. I blocked the phone number that messaged me and didn't open the link. After two days, I couldn't access my Alibaba.com account. Although I managed to log in again after two days, I noticed that they changed my email address on my profile, which I couldn't correct.
