Hello, I recently purchased a phone and selected DHL for shipping. However, the seller informed me that my area is considered remote, requiring additional fees beyond my budget. Consequently, I canceled my order. The seller assured me of a refund in 3 to 20 days. Currently, when I view the order details, I only see that the order was canceled by the seller. It has been around 5 days since the cancellation. I am concerned as I do not see any refund information. Am I at risk of losing my money? Thank you.

Good afternoon, my account has been suspended because I filed a dispute for an order that didn't arrive at my residence. They suspended my account along with many other orders I have placed, involving a significant amount of money. I am unsure about the next steps regarding my account. I need them to restore my account since I have numerous orders and a considerable sum of money tied up in them. I didn't receive any notification about the suspension of my account.

I purchased a Philips s7370 from the AliExpress link provided, but received the s7530 model instead. The item did not come with an EU plug as expected, and I was surprised to find out that the shaver is made in China, which was not disclosed in the product description. I believe that if a product is not original, it should be clearly stated. I have attempted to address these issues with the seller to no avail. When I opened a dispute, I was only given the option for a refund of the product itself. The seller, based in China, is requesting the product to be returned within 10 days, which is costly and unreasonable given the original shipping time. I am seeking a refund not only for the shaver, but also for the shipping expenses due to the seller's error.

Hello AliExpress, I am experiencing an issue where all my orders and tracking numbers are missing from my account. I had a total of 9 orders, but they disappeared after the AliExpress app update on November 28th. I am unsure how to track the updates of my orders now. I believe I was supposed to receive 2 orders on November 29th according to my tracking records, but I have not received them yet. I would like AliExpress to resend me the tracking details for all of my orders. I had nine orders shipped, but on November 28, [redacted], I lost all my records when I couldn't access the AliExpress app as it prompted me to register. I didn't have an account before and did all my orders through the app, which was working fine until then. After updating and registering on November 28, I lost all my tracking information. I've attempted to contact customer service, but the automated responses have been unhelpful. I recently referred a friend, and we both received $5 coupons. However, when I tried to use mine, I encountered an error during checkout. The message displayed was:

I purchased two waist trainers of different sizes from a seller for a total of $67+. Unfortunately, neither item fit me, so I returned them both in the same package.
