I uninstalled the mobile app in November before this email. While the email seems legitimate, I wanted to verify its authenticity as it made me question if it was from the actual AliExpress service. Regarding order number [redacted] placed on 1/11/19 for Shoes, I received the item which was supposed to be Beige but arrived in White/Grey, along with the wrong size. I promptly returned the Shoes on 13/11/19 using Royal Mail tracking Number GK[redacted]06GB to the aliexpress return address in London. Despite my efforts to resolve the issue, the seller accused me of fraud. As a loyal Silver member who has made significant purchases, I am disappointed by this treatment. The discrepancies between the advertised product and what I received are evident. I urge you to investigate the matter and honor the return of my deposit. Failure to do so may result in me seeking assistance from PayPal and my Bank. This is the second refund issue I have encountered, and I am considering closing my account and shifting my business back to AMAZON for better customer service.

Hello, I have opened a dispute to return items, but the generated label requires a shipping manifest that has not been provided to me. Despite contacting the seller and leaving a message for the moderator, I have not received a response. Without the shipping manifest, Canada Post will not accept my return package, and this issue has occurred with all my returns. I am still awaiting AliExpress to resolve the issue. I paid US$36.64 for my purchase. As of today, December 8, [redacted], I have not received any notice from the post office. The seller, BTlige Classy Store, keeps insisting that I go to the post office. Normally, I receive a notification letter from the post office with my name on it for previous AliExpress orders, but this time there's nothing. Despite messaging the seller multiple times, they continue to instruct me to go to the post office and have even called me names. I will check with the post office to see if my package is there. They have refunded me US$1.70 and US$2.91 but have not addressed the larger amount. Are they still reviewing it? I will provide an update after visiting the post office. Thank you.
