I am seeking to file a formal complaint regarding my treatment on AliExpress. I placed an order for an item that I never received. Although the item was supposedly delivered according to the tracking information, I checked my mailbox and with my local postal service, but found no information or package. Despite multiple attempts to contact the seller for an explanation, the dispute was promptly closed without resolution. I inquired again regarding the carrier or details of delivery mishap to escalate a complaint, as I remain unaware of what transpired with my item. Regrettably, I faced seller and customer service neglect, resulting in a ban preventing feedback submission. Having spent money without receiving the item or assistance, being disregarded and subsequently blacklisted is unacceptable. I purchased two coats, but I have not received my order. The system indicates that it has been delivered, but I can confirm that it has not. Several weeks ago, I reached out to customer service, and they informed me that my order was in transit, yet it has not arrived. I initiated a dispute on Aliexpress as the product I received was of low quality. Aliexpress intervened and instructed me to return the item to the seller for a full refund. After agreeing, I downloaded the provided local return shipping label. The seller, however, is contesting the validity of the label and has suggested I close the dispute and open a new one citing "No reason" for return. Since Aliexpress has already intervened and requested the return, I can't comply with the seller's new request. The seller sent the package to the incorrect address. They agreed to send a replacement but declined to process a refund for one item as requested. Despite communication, they chose to send a replacement instead of acknowledging the refund request. Can I proceed with opening a dispute in this situation? The original estimated delivery time was 30 days, but they claimed to expedite shipping to 10 days after my refund inquiry. The seller ignored my plea, provided false information, and attempted to influence my decision regarding compensation.

I recently ordered a handmade vintage-style red Ukiyoe portrait lady tie made from folded fabric, as well as a handmade vintage-style yellow bird tie also made from folded fabric, from the Populace Friendly Shop Store. The price was changed after I made the order but before I paid. I reordered the items at the original price, which was accepted. However, the seller contacted me claiming the items were sold out and raised the price. I know they are not sold out, and the price is now higher. I informed them that I will not pay more than the listed price, as my payment has already been processed. The seller mentioned AliExpress's Black Friday sales, but I insisted on honoring the original price. They suggested I choose different items and offered to gift me one, but I prefer the ones I initially purchased. Hello, I recently made a purchase on AliExpress for a drone. Initially, I attempted to pay using Klarna, but encountered an error message stating that Klarna was not an available payment method. Subsequently, I proceeded to pay for the drone using my credit card. However, I received an email notification from Klarna indicating a payment request for the drone, despite already having successfully paid with my credit card. Hello, I placed an order with Cozy Life Store during the 11.11 sale for a cake decorating kit. However, my order arrived much later than expected, and when I reached out to them, they explained that it was sent to the wrong address and the item I originally ordered was no longer available. I recently bought an electric scooter from a seller who now insists that I must also purchase their delivery service. After paying for the scooter, the JueShuai store contacted me to offer the door delivery service for an additional $[redacted]. I declined due to the high price. They then reduced the cost to $[redacted], but I refused as it was still too expensive. They have now informed me that they will not send the scooter unless I pay the $[redacted] delivery fee. I find this to be fraudulent and do not wish to pay extra on top of the $[redacted] already paid for the scooter. I have received all the cosmetics I ordered, but none of the clothing items have arrived. Although three clothing orders are marked as closed, none of the items were delivered to me. I opened disputes regarding this matter but have not received any confirmation of a refund. Unfortunately, even the disputes have been closed without a resolution. At this point, I am concerned about the nine clothing orders scheduled to arrive within the next two days, with the possibility of them being closed without delivery as well. If this continues, a total of 12 clothing orders will be missing. I am quite frustrated by this situation and would appreciate some clarity on what is happening.
