I would like to file a complaint against seller LLD Drop Shipping Store. I purchased a 30W ceiling fan with light for my new home. Only after a week, I discovered it was faulty. Despite reaching out to the seller, no dispute could be opened. The seller requested a video of the faulty fan, which we promptly provided. After admitting the item was indeed faulty, the seller offered to send a replacement. Although hesitant, given our previous positive experiences with the seller, we agreed. However, despite assurances, the replacement was not sent promptly, and the seller failed to provide a tracking number. After a prolonged wait of over a month, we requested a refund. The seller's responses were dismissive, even resorting to using emojis when asked for a refund. This behavior is unacceptable, resembling a scam. We are seeking a resolution and a refund by mid-September. Thank you.

I placed an order on Aliexpress, but the shop and listing were removed the next day. The package was sent through DHL, but it was delivered to a different address, and the waybills show discrepancies, indicating a possible scam. How can I go about getting a refund from Aliexpress? My order still hasn't arrived after over 2 months of waiting. The tracking number is not helpful as it only shows delivery failed without specifying the package's location. Adding to the issue, I received an email from Aliexpress claiming my order has been delivered, but the tracking information does not confirm delivery, and I haven't received anything.
My concern is that I have an outstanding bill with Klarna and am receiving reminders. I won't make a payment until the items arrive. Payment needs to be paused. The merchant needs to contact Klarna. I'm unable to take action. I would be fine with canceling the order as I no longer need the items. I would like this matter resolved as soon as possible.

I placed an order for a cushion with a delivery date of August 14th, but I have not received it. I've tried contacting the seller multiple times with no feedback. I was planning to start a dropshipping business with AliExpress.
I intended to begin about a month later, but I was still researching feasible products to sell.
Initially, I struggled to create an account, but after significant effort, I managed to sign up.
I need to view product prices in USD as I plan to sell in the USA, but the default shipping location is set to Bangladesh due to my location.
When I tried to change the shipping location to the USA, the site displayed "this site cannot be reached" every time.
I attempted to seek help from the help center, but encountered the same issue.
Oddly, all other options on the site work without a problem.
I tried accessing it from both my phone and PC.
After some time, I suddenly received a message stating that my account was disabled (without explanation).

I have encountered a distressing situation with a supplier on AliExpress. I placed three orders totaling $[redacted], and the supplier claimed to have shipped the items through a fictitious company called Cargpointexpress. Later, the supplier demanded $[redacted] for insurance, promising a full refund upon delivery. This happened when my goods were en route from China to Indonesia, close to Australia. Hello!
I returned a package from Sweden to China with tracking number RR[redacted]84SE on June 10. The package was delivered on June 19, but the seller claims they did not receive any delivery with this number.
After filing a complaint, I received a response from PostNord. According to China Post, the package was delivered on 6/19, and I have proof of this that China Post sent to PostNord.
The company has now blocked me from the chat after I sent the evidence.
I hope I can get assistance in getting my refund.

I received a fake USB cable with thin wires and high internal resistance that cannot handle charging. I filed for a refund, but was only offered a zero resolution. I escalated the issue to AliExpress. Now, I am seeing a page saying "AliExpress intervention," "Waiting for your response," with a 3-day countdown timer. There is a button to "Upload more photos/videos." I am unsure of what AliExpress expects me to do at this stage.

I ordered a printer from AliExpress on July 23rd. Today is September 1st, and my parcel was deleted by Speedaf. On August 5th, Speedaf attempted delivery, but I was not home. They marked it as delivered and received by someone else. When I contacted them, they claimed they gave it to Leopard for delivery. Leopard did not deliver it and returned it to Speedaf. Now Speedaf is saying my address is incomplete, but how did the rider come the first time if the address is incomplete? 😭
