I booked a ticket from Mumbai to Lucknow for May 13th. On May 12th, I cancelled one ticket out of four, but I have not received the refund for it. I reached out to my flight agency, and they informed me that the refund has been processed and to contact the booking agency for further assistance. They provided me with the PNR number: Y6BPP. If the refund is being processed, please provide me with the process number.

When I go on my app, despite my personal information, my credit card, and the reservation confirmation under my name, Jean-Jacques Sabatier, the name Martine Richard keeps coming back. A few years ago, my sister Martine Richard made a reservation on our laptop.
Can you please remove Martine Richard from my app and only refer to me, Jean-Jacques Sabatier? Thank you.

I made a booking at Airway Motel in Acot, Brisbane, Australia at 6 Lamington Ave. Unfortunately, there was an error with the booking date due to a pop-up screen, and I was charged for the wrong date. Immediately, I cancelled the reservation, but I have not seen a refund yet. The Agoda Booking number for this reservation is [redacted]. When trying to contact the motel, all phone numbers provided lead to a message service. I am seeking a refund for the service that I did not receive.

I had to cancel my reservation at Savita Sanur due to changes on both July 17th and 18th, [redacted]. I have reached out to the property through email, but I have not received any response to my recent email. An amount of $[redacted].61 was charged to my Bankwest credit card on September 21st, which is pending authentication. Unfortunately, my credit card is locked until this matter is resolved. My original booking was from September 24th to October 13th, [redacted], but I will not be able to be in Bali during that period.

I recently booked a flight for my husband from Bangkok to New Delhi on October 1 but need to change it to October 10 due to unforeseen circumstances. I have been attempting to reach the airline and Agoda, but have faced challenges in getting assistance with this request. I requested my travel agency to make a name change on my reservation since the main passenger couldn't attend the hotel due to a death in the family. I haven't received a response yet. I would like them to send the name change to the hotel to avoid the new guests from being charged again. The reservation is for Wendy Alejandre at Hotel Riu Emerald Bay in Mazatlan, Mexico, for two people. The new name should be Monserrat Castillo. Please correct this information and notify the hotel. I hope this message reaches you in good health. I am writing to address a pressing issue with my recent booking under Agoda Booking ID [redacted]15. Despite multiple attempts via phone calls, I have yet to receive a satisfactory resolution to this matter.
My booking was canceled without my knowledge or consent. Agoda's customer service directed me to contact the hotel to reinstate the booking, but the hotel was unable to assist and redirected me to Expedia.
After reaching out to Expedia, they located the booking but couldn't provide a reason for the cancellation. They, too, were unable to help and advised me to go back to Agoda. This chain of referrals has left me greatly dissatisfied, especially after I had already paid for the reservation that Agoda canceled without consulting me.
I also want to note that Expedia was prompt in responding to phone calls, unlike my experience with Agoda trying to reach them. This disparity has only deepened my frustration.
I request your immediate assistance in resolving this issue, clarifying the cancellation circumstances, and ensuring I receive the service I paid for. Please investigate thoroughly and provide a prompt resolution.

I wanted to let you know that I finished booking a hotel in Ajman, UAE, called Crown Place Hotel. Upon my arrival, the hotel staff mentioned there was an issue with the booking. Although the application showed available rooms, the hotel was fully booked.

After receiving a booking net of a 6% discount and €25.22 Agodacash balance, I proceeded to make a payment. Agoda processed two transactions on my card: €[redacted].69 and €16.09 for supposed Exchange Rate variations, totaling €[redacted].42 instead of the initial €[redacted].78. The second transaction of €16.09 was unauthorized and Agoda is reluctant to recognize the discrepancy, offering only a €10.43 refund. They refuse to reimburse the Agodacash and charged my card instead. The customer service representative, Shal, mentioned returning the €25.22 Agodacash but denies any mismatch with the initial booking confirmation of €[redacted].78. I am perplexed by the additional €50 charge beyond the expected fluctuation rate difference.

I made a reservation at the Panorama Ramsis Hotel and Cafe in Egypt. Upon arrival, I discovered the hotel was closed. I attempted to contact them using the phone number provided by Agoda several times, but no one answered. Frustrated, I had to find alternative accommodation with my daughter and heavy luggage. I am currently at the hotel and was surprised when they mentioned the request came through Booking.com. However, my reservation was made with Agoda under the same reference number. The hotel claims the room booked is a deluxe double, not a triple as specified, resulting in an extra charge of [redacted] euros. Three of us ladies planned a trip to Mumbai and made a reservation at Hotel Jayashree, Vile Parle for October 7, [redacted], on October 2nd using Agoda. We paid Rs. [redacted] online at that time. Upon our arrival at the hotel today, we discovered that while the booking was made, the hotel did not receive the payment. We have confirmed this discrepancy. Though we were allowed to check-in, we are being asked to pay for the room charges separately as the payment was not received from Agoda. This situation is unfair as we have already paid through Agoda. We are now facing the prospect of being double-charged through no fault of our own. Agoda should promptly settle the payment to avoid us, as senior women, facing this unnecessary inconvenience. Alternatively, Agoda should refund the full amount we paid to ensure our stay is not marred by this issue.

I have been charged twice for the same booking in Japan. I booked accommodations in Kamakura and Tokyo. The issue is with the Kamakura bookings (Booking IDs [redacted]18 and [redacted]70), not Tokyo. Initially, I received an email from Agoda stating that the first payment for Kamakura did not go through due to a payment error. I then rebooked and paid again, resulting in 2 separate bookings for the same place under my name. My bank statement confirms both payments. The total amount in US dollars is $[redacted].10, although my Kenyan bank reflects the charges in Kenyan shillings. I have screenshots documenting this.
