Our hotel experience was extremely disappointing. The overpowering septic smell emanating from the bathroom made it difficult to breathe, and the overall cleanliness was unacceptable (with unclean sheets from the previous guest). The actual condition of the hotel did not match the pictures online at all. Throughout the night, the fire alarm kept ringing, and the building had missing walls, roof panels, and doors, which gave it a DIY aesthetic. Some areas even lacked doors entirely. To top it off, we returned from our day out to find our room's door wide open with over $2,[redacted] worth of our belongings left exposed in the doorway.

Hello, my name is Corinne Freestone, and I have been an Agoda customer for many years. My old account was associated with the email "[redacted]," which was hacked in [redacted] and no longer in use. My new Agoda account is "[redacted]" Recently, I attempted to book a two-night stay at Hotel Mercure Lafayette in Lyon for September 14th to 16th. After the first attempt, where I did not receive a booking confirmation, I tried again and this time received a green tick indicating the booking went through. However, I was charged twice on my Swiss Card for the same booking. I kindly request to cancel the first booking and confirm the cancellation at [redacted] as soon as possible. I have a booking with Number [redacted]. Due to the Taifeng situation, I'm wondering if it's possible to modify my check-in date. The weather in Hualien, Taiwan, is currently severe with flooding and destruction caused by strong winds. It's unlikely I'll be able to travel to Hualien on September 5 as planned. Normally, my booking is non-changeable, but given the circumstances, could I potentially reschedule my check-in date for a later time?

I need Agoda to adjust my stay dates. I accidentally entered the wrong dates. I have already emailed the hotel to inform them and I have been trying to reach out to you. My booking ID is [redacted]. I discovered the error as soon as you notified me and I took immediate action to correct it. The incorrect dates were 7/9 - 11/9, and the correct dates should be from Saturday 9/9 to Tuesday 12/9. Can someone please acknowledge this?

Upon arriving at the hotel, I was informed that my reservation had been canceled without any prior notification. Despite not receiving any email regarding this matter, my interaction with customer service was less than satisfactory. Their lack of professionalism and unhelpful attitude left much to be desired. It was disheartening to hear a customer service representative insinuate that I was being deceitful. This experience has led me to believe that perhaps Agod is a smaller company in comparison to other booking platforms like Booking. My previous encounters with Agod's app for making reservations have been more respectful than this current situation. Therefore, I am hesitant to recommend using your website in the future.

I made a hotel reservation through Agoda, but unfortunately, the directions provided in the email from Agoda were incorrect. The actual location of the hotel was far from what was indicated, making it impossible for me to stay there. I had to find alternative accommodation closer to my desired location and am seeking a full refund for the initial booking. The discrepancy between the Google Maps location and the actual hotel location caused inconvenience and necessitated a last-minute rebooking.

I made a booking at Gateway Hotel in Bur Dubai, Dubai for a 4-night stay from September 10th to 14th. My payment through Agoda clearly stated that all taxes and fees were included. However, upon check-in, the hotel charged me an additional 40 dirhams (10 dirhams per night) under a tourism title. I believe it is unfair as I already paid all the required taxes and fees. I don't think the hotel should have charged me this amount. I kindly request assistance in resolving this issue. Thank you.

I have secured a frozen price booking at the Jinhold Hotel & Serviced Apartment in Miri, Sarawak. The booking was made on September 8th, [redacted], at around 10:58 PM. This frozen price offer is valid until September 15th at 10:58 PM. The reservation is for a VVIP Junior Apartment for check-in on September 21st. I have been eagerly anticipating a confirmation email for my booking; however, I have not received any communication yet. I was hoping to receive it the next day, but unfortunately, it has not arrived.

I have made two bookings with Agoda but did not write down the details. I was expecting to receive booking confirmations via email. The first booking with the Ambassador Hotel has the ID [redacted] for 3-6 November (3 nights). I did not receive an email confirmation from Agoda. The email address used for this booking was [redacted] and it was booked on 12 September [redacted]. The second booking was made about an hour ago for the Suvarnabhumi Ville Hotel on 2 November [redacted]. I have created an account now but would appreciate it if the two booking confirmations could be emailed to me.

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, Mein Name ist Maria Manzo und ich habe über die Seite AGODA ein Zimmer im WINDSOR HOTEL SLIEMA vom 16.09. bis 14.10.[redacted] gebucht. Leider habe ich festgestellt, dass meine Unterkunft nicht den Erwartungen entspricht. Ich wurde zunächst in Zimmer [redacted] im ersten Stock untergebracht, was aufgrund eines starken Schimmelgeruchs problematisch für meine Asthma-Allergie war. Nachdem ich die Rezeption informierte, erhielt ich ein anderes Zimmer im dritten Stock (Zimmer [redacted]), welches von der Luftqualität her besser war. Leider gibt es hier Probleme mit dem Tresor, dem Kühlschrank, der WC-Spülung und der Warmwasserversorgung. Zusätzlich belästigen laute Gäste in den nächtlichen Stunden meinen Schlaf und stören meine Ruhe. Ich fühle mich unwohl und unsicher, insbesondere wegen der Streitigkeiten anderer Gäste im Hotel. Ich benötige dringend eine Lösung, da meine Schlafqualität stark beeinträchtigt ist und ich aufgrund dessen auch meine Englischkurse nicht angemessen besuchen kann.
