I need to address an issue with my recent reservation at Fairways and Bluewater Boracay. Last night (April 18, [redacted]), I tried to book 2 nights (April 28 to 30, [redacted]) using my credit card through the Agoda app. Unfortunately, I encountered a message stating "payment did not proceed" multiple times, prompting me to try different credit cards. Despite using at least 4 cards, I continued to face the same payment issue. I assumed it was a system problem and decided to try booking the next day. Surprisingly, approximately an hour later, I received confirmation emails for two rooms booked with two different credit cards. This occurred while I believed my payments were not going through. I simply intended to reserve 1 room for 2 nights and seek assistance to prevent any extra charges due to the duplicate reservation. Thank you for your anticipated help.

In January [redacted], I booked and paid for a flight+hotel package through Agoda, with both the hotel and flights confirmed. However, on the afternoon of 18.04.23, about 3 months later, I received a call from an Agoda customer service representative informing me that the hotel was fully booked and offering a downgrade option. Despite checking on Agoda on 19.04.23 and seeing that the hotel and the specific room type I booked were still available, Agoda refused to make any changes. I am concerned that they may not fully refund the flight, for which I paid extra for assigned seats and extra baggage, which are non-refundable. This booking was already confirmed in January, and now everything has changed.

Booking Reference: [redacted]13. The initial flight got canceled, leading to a missed connection. After struggles to reach Australia for support, contact was made with London. A resolution was offered; however, the email notification for the new flight came with a tight response deadline due to the time zone difference. Sadly, the reply timeframe was unreasonable for the early hours in Australia. As a consequence, the booking was forfeited. The airline is unyielding in their stance now. Can anyone assist with this issue?

Hello, I made a reservation at the Aonang Fiore Resort in Krabi for a 3-night stay for 2 people. However, I encountered a problem with the booking process. Initially, I believed the first booking was unsuccessful as I did not receive a confirmation email and noticed no charges on my bank account. Consequently, I made a second reservation to ensure I had a room upon arrival. I later received a confirmation email for the second booking. Upon reaching the resort, I discovered that both reservations were processed, resulting in two rooms booked instead of one. I am currently only utilizing one room and would like to inquire about a refund for the extra booking. I made a reservation at Hyders Park Hotel in Kodaikanal for May 3rd to May 4th and obtained the confirmation email from the Agoda website. However, upon contacting the hotel for confirmation, a staff member asked for a ₹[redacted] pre-deposit to secure the booking. Last night we arrived very tired from a delayed flight from Stansted to Ciampiano. We took a taxi which charged us €65. Upon arriving at LH Hotel Monte Mario, we were given room [redacted], which only had 1 twin bed. I went back to reception to request a room change as I had booked a room for four with double beds, but the receptionist was very rude and said they couldn't help us as the hotel was full. We had to sleep on the floor and the bed. Additionally, there is no internet in the area. Since I have many reservations with Agoda, I am requesting a refund for this stay and reimbursement for the taxi fare, as I would not have spent it if my reservation had not been confirmed. I hope you can help me resolve this issue.

I had a terrible experience at Oyo Hotel Sigma in Buxraha, Howrah, Kolkata. My Booking ID is #[redacted]57. I stayed there on April 23, booked through Agoda. Despite being advertised as an Oyo level property, basic amenities like hygiene, Wi-Fi, and complimentary breakfast were lacking. A staff member even threatened to cancel my booking without a refund. I made two bookings today with booking id no. [redacted]77 at POP Hotel Shubham. When I reached the given address, I found that the hotel did not exist. The second booking id was: [redacted]25. My guest stayed there until 11:30 pm before being told that because there was no direct booking, they could not provide a room. Consequently, my guest had to find alternative accommodation at a higher cost due to the late hour, resulting in an unpleasant experience. I urge you to take strict action against such establishments to prevent similar inconveniences for your clients in the future. Today, I discovered that my card was charged for a booking in Boracay on March 8 for a stay on April 12-14, [redacted], at La Casa Bella. I have tried contacting customer service for assistance without any luck. I have already requested to block my card due to this unauthorized transaction. I would like to confirm that the Divan Hotel in Taksim, Istanbul, has received my booking. However, I am concerned because Priceline charged me using the same booking ID as Sam. Hello, I need urgent assistance with a hotel booking issue. I made a reservation with Booking ID #[redacted]85 and Reference ID [redacted], paying with my card ending in [redacted]. Upon arrival yesterday, the hotel reception claimed they hadn't received any payment and requested that we pay again to check-in, causing inconvenience as my family and I were exhausted. I stayed at Amnasourah Suites with my family last night. We booked and paid for four days. The hotel is clean with great services and polite staff. I am currently staying at America's Best Value Inn in Branson, Missouri, and I am extremely disappointed with the conditions here. I was hoping for a clean and relaxing place to shower and unwind after a long day of work and moving, but unfortunately, that's not the case. The toilet is filthy with fecal matter on the walls, and the shower is also dirty with a ring around it. The handle was greasy and very off-putting. My 16-year-old daughter, who worked hard all day, is also upset because she can't shower and relax. She's in tears because she just wanted to feel clean and rest. This experience has caused us a lot of stress and we simply want a refund, especially during this already tough time.

Earlier today, I attempted to book a hotel through the app, but after clicking the order button, I received a notification that the room was sold out. Due to a change in my travel plans on the same day, I had to cancel my booking and requested a refund. After 15 days of back and forth between Agoda and Oyo customer service, I am still unable to get a resolution. Agoda directs me to Oyo, and Oyo directs me back to Agoda. When I contacted Oyo as advised, they mentioned that processing refunds is not their responsibility and directed me to an outgoing voice recorded system. Despite following the instructions for two hours, I couldn't reach the refund department. I am facing the following issues: 1. Requesting a refund is overly complicated compared to the ease of booking. 2. Neither Agoda nor Oyo takes responsibility for processing cancellations and refunds. 3. Disappointing customer service from both Agoda and Oyo. I simply request a refund of INR [redacted] to be credited back to my account.
