J'aimerais demander un remboursement pour mon séjour à l'hôtel en raison de plusieurs problèmes rencontrés. La chambre ne correspondait pas à la description, il y avait un problème avec la lumière, l'hygiène laissait à désirer, et nous avons rencontré des difficultés avec le personnel. Personne n'était présent pour nous accueillir malgré notre heure d'arrivée prévue, ce qui nous a causé une longue attente à l'extérieur sans aucune communication. De plus, le propriétaire a été impoli au téléphone en raccrochant lors de nos appels, et nous avons été témoins d'un comportement agressif d'une autre personne à l'hôtel, ainsi que de personnes fumant à l'intérieur de l'établissement.

I would like to address a concerning experience we had in Lovina Beach, Bali, during our recent stay at the Lillin Lovina Beach Hotel booked through Agoda. The hotel did not meet the standards as advertised on Agoda's website. The property was run down, the pool was empty and dirty, there were glass fragments around the room's pool, and the beach was littered with rubbish. The bathrooms were subpar, fridges weren't working, and what was supposed to be lush lawns were just muddy patches. The hotel restaurant could not provide meals other than breakfast, and we were left with the option to walk a considerable distance to get food. Disappointed, we decided to move to a different hotel. The staff, despite our complaints, didn't seem surprised. We kindly request a refund for our bookings: Nichole Crouch for 3 nights, Kim Fairney for 3 nights, and Kim Fairney for 1 night. We have photos documenting the issues and are willing to provide them if necessary. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I reserved 2 rooms at Havourview Hotel in Wan Chai via Agoda for April 14th to 15th. After completing the booking with a promotion, I was surprised to find out upon arrival that the reservation was changed to April 16th to 17th. The hotel is fully booked for today, and I had to book at Nathan Hotel through Agoda. I think this confusion was due to a glitch in the promotion on Agoda's website. I am requesting a full refund as I did not check in at all.

I made a reservation on Agoda for Havourview Hotel (Wan Chai) for April 14th to the 15th for two rooms. After booking, I discovered that the dates were changed to April 16th to the 17th. When I arrived, the hotel was full, and I had to book another hotel through Agoda, which was Nathan Hotel. I believe this was due to an error with the promotional booking system on Agoda. Due to this, I am unable to stay at Sunrise Mountain View Skidegate House for the 3-night booking. I had a terrible experience at this property. I booked 2 rooms for 2 nights a week ago, but upon check-in, one of the rooms had a dismantled AC unit. The management failed to check the rooms before assigning them. They offered another room on the ground level, which I reluctantly accepted even though it split my family across two levels. Unfortunately, the basement room had no hot water. To make matters worse, the new room lost power at midnight, and the caretaker's response was extremely unhelpful. I had to stand outside until 2:30 am due to the power outage, and the management was clueless. This property is the worst, and I do not recommend it to anyone. I have informed Agoda and Booking.com about my experience and will share it on social media platforms.

I am reaching out regarding Booking ID: [redacted]61 for our stay at Gopinivas hotel in Kanyakumari from April 14th to 16th, [redacted]. Unfortunately, upon arrival, we discovered that the hotel, as advertised on Agoda as a 3-star property, is currently under construction. The conditions were unsatisfactory with non-functional AC, unlocked room doors, cleanliness issues, lack of security measures, absence of windows, no car parking, and subpar food quality. Both rooms booked were unfit for occupancy, and there was even a shared toilet adjacent to one of the rooms. Attempts to contact Agoda's customer service have been unsuccessful and disappointing. The lack of response and assistance from the hotel staff further compounded our negative experience. We are now considering taking this matter further if a resolution is not reached promptly.

I have made multiple bookings through Agoda in [redacted] and [redacted], but I haven't received any cashback yet. Today, I reserved a room at the Douangchan Hotel in Vientiane for 10 nights. The initial price displayed on Agoda was 12 Euros per night, excluding taxes. However, after payment, I discovered the total was [redacted] Euros instead of the expected [redacted] Euros. The confusion arose because the tax amount was not mentioned upfront. After factoring in the taxes and a supposed 24 Euro cashback, the final price was [redacted] Euros instead of [redacted]. This experience has left me contemplating whether I should continue booking with Agoda due to the lack of transparency. Hello, I did not receive a confirmation email for my booking, yet the payment was processed. The hotel has two bookings under my name, but I would like a refund as I was unaware the booking was successful. Despite checking my Agoda account and various business email addresses, no bookings are showing. The Azzura Greens Resort can confirm I did not stay under the Agoda reservation. I am Muhammad Luthfe Ali, a travel agent who has been a long-time user of your site, agoda.com. I made a room booking for my client, Mr. Md Shamsuzzaman, on April 15, [redacted], using my Agoda ID with booking ID [redacted]49.
Unfortunately, upon arrival, my client, Mr. Md Shamsuzzaman, was denied entry to the hotel due to being a Bangladeshi citizen. After contacting OYO Hotel J Joy Near Gurudwara Shri Bangla Sahib, they provided an alternative room for the guest at an additional charge of [redacted] Indian rupees. They assured me that a refund could be easily processed if requested.

After staying at the hotel, I encountered issues with the blinds not functioning properly, leading to disrupted sleep. Upon contacting the front desk, they acknowledged the problem but couldn't address it until the next day. At check-out, I raised my concerns and was informed I should have been provided a different room for the night, which didn't happen due to a mistake. Additionally, despite booking a non-smoking room, I found a cigarette smell and a used cigarette on the windowsill. The hotel staff advised me to contact Agoda for a refund. Agoda mentioned they would look into the matter three days ago, but there has been no follow-up. I've been trying to reach them through various chats, but my messages go unanswered even after hours.

I recently attempted to book a flight through Agoda. Unfortunately, when I entered my card details, the website crashed and brought me back to the main menu. I did not receive a confirmation page or email, and no payment was deducted from my account. Consequently, I made a successful booking through another provider. Surprisingly, Agoda has now charged me for the initial booking after a significant delay. However, at 7:26 pm, I received a confirmation email and noticed that my bank account was charged.
