If a parcel has the wrong address on it, Royal Mail will attempt to return it to the sender. If the sender’s details are also incorrect or missing, the parcel may be held at a local Delivery Office or returned to a central return office.

The Stamp Swap Scheme is run by the Philatelic Trading department at Royal Mail. You can request a form by sending an email or a letter. Please provide your full name, address, and specify that you are interested in the Stamp Swap Scheme. Royal Mail will then send you a form that you need to fill out and return. Please make sure to follow the instructions given on the form. Be aware that there might be some delays due to high demand or during busy times like Christmas.

Yes, you can still use Royal Mail's Christmas stamps after Christmas. There is no expiration date on these stamps. As long as the validity of the stamps hasn't been compromised by damage and the face value meets current postage rates, they are eligible for use to send mail.

If you received the fee to pay card again, it implies that the initial payment didn't go through correctly. Royal Mail would not acknowledge postage stamps as a valid form of payment for handling fees. The best way to pay a fee on a card is online through the Royal Mail website by selecting "Pay a fee" option. This way, you can assure that the reduced payment will be correctly attached to your item and processed properly. It's more straightforward and quicker, as it excludes the possibility of your payment getting lost or improperly assigned in the regular mail system.
