I posted a parcel via Royal Mail first-class delivery on Tuesday afternoon, expecting it to arrive by Wednesday or Thursday. I opted for this service due to its time sensitivity as it needed to be on a flight by Friday evening. The Bridgwater sorting office claimed they attempted delivery at 1:34 this afternoon, but the parcel remains undelivered. As it is addressed to a business Kebab shop that is typically open at lunchtime, I request another delivery attempt today. I am disappointed by the delay as it has caused the parcel to miss the intended flight, despite allowing sufficient time for delivery. The situation has resulted in the need for compensation and the inconvenience of potentially re-paying for the delivery. I am dissatisfied with this level of service and commitment. Thank you, J. I mailed a parcel via 2nd class last Friday, and after one week, it has not been delivered. The postal receipt mentions that delivery confirmation can be viewed online, yet when I attempt to use reference number [redacted]-6F90-0[redacted] on your website, it is not recognized. I did not opt for tracking, but it's misleading to advertise the service when it seems unavailable. The post office owner assures customers that this information can be accessed on your site. Is it likely that the parcel will arrive in the UK after one week, especially since the estimated delivery time was originally stated as three days?

I did not receive my order, as the delivery person did not leave a delivery card like they did for other packages on the same day. Amazon shows that it is ready for collection at the Walsall office, marked as delivered. I do not have a reference number or card, making it hard to use the phone support. I attempted to schedule a redelivery for December 4th, but I am unsure if this will happen or what exactly is being delivered as I cannot verify if the item is in Walsall. Can you verify if there is a parcel for me and if it will arrive on the 4th of December? Additionally, I am puzzled as to why the delivery person did not attempt to deliver it along with the other package.

On November 30th, the delivery person attempted to deliver my parcel. I saw it on camera, but as I was in the shower, I couldn't answer the door. Surprisingly, no delivery notification was left, and the item was returned to the Royal Mail pick-up point. Now, I am unable to retrieve my perfume, a £46 purchase. This situation has made me quite upset and concerned. My address is in Canvey Island, Essex.

I noticed on my tracking that my item departed a transfer airport in Heathrow, London, United Kingdom on November 26, [redacted]. It seems to be currently in transit to the destination. I am wondering if it might be stuck in customs. If necessary, I am willing to pay any charges for the delivery of my item. I sent an item on August 11, [redacted], using international standard delivery through Purley Post Office to Pakistan, but it has not arrived after 3 weeks. The post office confirmed it has not reached Pakistan and advised me to contact Royal Mail. I am having trouble finding a complaint form on the Royal Mail website. Hello, I am reaching out about parcel WM[redacted]10GB which contains a white Thomas Pink shirt I purchased for my husband's birthday on eBay. Unfortunately, the seller shipped it to my old address on eBay, and I am currently outside the UK. I would like to cancel the investigation for my missing parcel. I apologize for the confusion. I received the parcel directly from my postman, who kindly handed it to me at my front door. I did not realize he had attempted a delivery and did not match the card left with the item he gave me. I did not check the reference number on the parcel against the card, assuming the card was for another parcel awaiting delivery. I attempted a redelivery for today, but it did not arrive. When I contacted customer service, I was informed it had already been delivered, which I overlooked. Please cancel the investigation with reference number 1-[redacted] for item FM[redacted]75GB. I recommend updating the online redelivery system to prevent requesting redelivery for items already delivered to avoid further confusion. I was expecting a parcel on Saturday, and I received an email from Royal Mail with the delivery times. Unfortunately, nothing arrived. Today, I checked my email, and it stated that the parcel was delivered today. However, I did not receive a card through my door, and I have no idea where the parcel is. Hello, I purchased 2 religious items from Israel. I was told by the seller that no duty was required. However, I received two messages from RM stating that I needed to pay duty and an £8 admin fee per item, totaling 25% of each item's cost, which I paid. Dear Royal Mail, I ordered two items from SHEIN on Black Friday and received one parcel at my reception. However, the second parcel seems to be missing. Despite tracking both parcels online, it shows the second parcel was sent with the first one from Leeds DO. I have inquired with my reception, but they do not have the missing parcel. Hello everyone, I recently shipped a package from the UK to Spain using tracking number RN[redacted]79GB. Unfortunately, the parcel has been held at the exchange office since last Friday, the 3rd. It is a tracked and insured item valued at £[redacted]. The recipient mentioned additional customs fees, but according to Royal Mail, this should not be the case in the current European context. I'm hoping to understand the reason for the delay in the delivery of my package.

I am selling my mobile on eBay, and yesterday I received an email from eBay and PayPal stating that the payment is on hold until I provide the Shipping Reference as proof of sending the item. I sent the item this morning and called PayPal an hour ago to inquire about the payment, but they claimed no email was sent, and the Transaction ID provided in the email does not exist in their records. I urgently need to intercept the shipment, as I suspect the buyer may be fraudulent. I am willing to provide evidence of this.

Hello, I recently sold a tape dispenser on eBay, and the buyer received a laptop adapter instead. She contacted me through eBay and provided photos of the incorrect item received, along with the postal packaging and a Royal Mail Apologies bag as evidence. The buyer paid £4.68 for the product, including £2.90 for postage, and now she is requesting a replacement which will cost me over £4.50. My reference number is RN[redacted]60GB. I tracked my parcel, and it shows that it has been delivered, but no one was present, and a note was supposedly left. However, we did not receive any note.
