Go to the Robinhood website.
Scroll down partway on the Robinhood homepage until you find the "Company" section. The heading is in black lettering against a yellow-green background.
Look for the "Support" link in the "Company" section. The link is below "Investor Relations" and above "ESG."
Tap on the "Support" link. Doing so will take you to the Robinhood support page.
Scroll down on the support page until you find the "Account and login" section. It's between the "Getting started" and "Investing" sections.
Locate the "View all" link. Click on it when you find it to go to the "Account and login" page.
Locate the "Account security" link on the "Account and login" page. It's below "Your information" and above "Sign in with a new device."
Click on the "Account security" link, which will take you to the "Account security" page.
Find the "Verify it's you" link under "Account security." It's between "Security guarantee" and "Managing your personal information."
Click on the "Verify it's you" link to go to the page of the same name. It offers information about two-factor authentication. If you still need assistance, please move on to Step 11.
If you were unable to set up two-factor authentication for your Robinhood account, contact the customer support team. A representative can guide you through the process. Make sure to put your phone on speaker, which allows you to hear the representative while following along with their instructions. Take notes along the way of any changes you make to your account so you have them for your reference.
Make sure that two-factor authentication is enabled correctly on your Robinhood account. Try to log in from an unrecognized device to see if you get a notification or code. If you do, then you're all set. If you don't, then let the customer service representative know so they can further assist you.
If you don't yet have two-factor authorization set up on your Robinhood account, it's smart to take prompt action. This allows you to have the confidence and peace of mind that your account has the extra security it needs. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to contact a Robinhood representative for further assistance.
GetHuman has been working for over 10 years on sourcing information about big organizations like Comcast in order to help customers resolve customer service issues faster. We started with contact information and fastest ways to reach a human at big companies. Particularly ones with slow or complicated IVR or phone menu systems. Or companies that have self-serve help forums instead of a customer service department. From there, we realized that consumers still needed more detailed help solving the most common problems, so we expanded to this set of guides, which grows every day. And if you spot any issues with our What do I do if my Xfinity TV or internet is out? guide, please let us know by sending us feedback. We want to be as helpful as possible. If you appreciated this guide, please share it with your favorite people. Our free information and tools is powered by you, the customer. The more people that use it, the better it gets.
After helping consumers for 10 years, we realized that you need an impartial, live person you can talk to about comparing the various TV, cable, Internet and phone plans in your area- somebody who can compare the best deals across telecom providers. So we created a free concierge service you can call at the phone number below.
