How Do I Transfer Money Online Using Robinhood?

There are three different ways you can transfer money online using Robinhood, and each one requires a different procedure. After you have linked a bank account to your Robinhood account, you can transfer money from your bank to Robinhood, direct deposit your paycheck into your Robinhood account, and transfer money from your Robinhood account to your bank account.

Robinhood offers a variety of online financial services that require you to transfer money online. There are a few different ways to transfer money online using Robinhood, depending on where you are transferring it to.

Transferring Money to Robinhood

1. Open the Robinhood app.

2. Tap on the Account icon in the lower right corner.

3. Tap on Transfers.

4. Tap on Linked Accounts.

5. Tap on Add New Account.

6. Choose your bank.

7. Enter your banking username and password to link your bank account with your Robinhood account.

You can transfer money from your bank account to your Robinhood account by following these instructions:

1. Open the Robinhood App.

2. Tap on the Cash tab.

3. Tap on Transfer.

4. Tap on Transfer from Your Bank.

5. Enter the amount of money you wish to transfer.

The transfer should be completed in 3 to 5 business days.

Direct Deposit Transfers

You can also arrange to have your paycheck directly deposited into your Robinhood account. This will involve having a Robinhood partner bank set up with your employer as your direct deposit bank. Once your paycheck is deposited into the bank account, it will be automatically transferred to your Robinhood account.

To arrange this, you will need to look at the Direct Deposit information under Transfer on the Cash tab then take that information to your employer. Your paycheck will arrive in your Robinhood account about 10 a.m. Eastern Standard Time on the same day your direct deposited paycheck reaches the bank.

Transferring Money from Robinhood

1. Open the Robinhood App.

2. Tap on the Cash tab.

3. Tap on Transfer.

4. Tap on Transfer to Your Bank.

5. Select the bank account you want to transfer money to.

6. Enter the amount of money you wish to transfer.

The transfer should be completed in 3 to 5 business days.
