What to Do If Your Card Was Lost, Damaged, or Stolen

If your card was lost, damaged, or stolen, you must first report it by either clicking here to speak to a representative at Robinhood, anytime 24/7, or you can use the app on your mobile device. Open the app and tap the card found in the "Cash" tab, then select, "I Have A Problem."

Once your card is reported lost or stolen, it is canceled and you will be issued a new card, free. If you opted for a physical debit card, a new card will be mailed to you, if not, your new card information will be sent. You will get your new card within 2 weeks. You can start using your new card right away, online and with Google Pay, Apple Pay, or Samsung by activating the new information sent to you. If there are fraudulent charges on your card, you can contact support to dispute them, and Robinhood will work with you to get the disputed charges back.

How to Get A Debit Card With Robinhood

If you've never had a Robinhood debit card before and would like to apply to get one, you will have to get on their waiting list. If you already have a Robinhood brokerage, you can join the list through the app on your mobile device. Tap the card found in the "Cash" tab and then tap, "Join the wait-list." Undo your brokerage information first, and then you will be able to choose a card design. After choosing your design, you will be able to see your spot on the wait-list, along with the debit card design you chose.

Go Through the Wait-list Faster

It's true you could be on the wait-list for a very long time since there are hundreds of thousands of people ahead of you when you first sign up for the new Robinhood debit card. However, if you want to get through the wait-list faster, you can do so using the phone app. Using the mobile app, open up the "Cash Management" tab. You will see your spot in line and your card design. Tap the card continuously to jump ahead of the wait-list until you can no longer tap it. You are allowed 1,000 taps per day, so make sure you use them to get ahead and receive special bonuses as well. After maxing out your daily taps, you will move up at least 25,000 spaces on the wait-list. Therefore, if there are 643,000 people ahead of you on the wait-list and you tap 1000 times a day, you will get through within 27 days and get your new Robinhood debit card. Otherwise, you can be on the wait-list for many months.
