To cancel your Robinhood credit card, you need to close your Robinhood account. You can close your Robinhood account right from the mobile app. After your account is closed, you can still view some of your information such as trade confirmations, historical account statements, tax documents, and more.

How to Close Your Account with Robinhood

To close your Robinhood positions using the mobile app, do the following:

  1. Tap the "Account Person," icon.
  2. Tap "Settings."
  3. Tap "Account Information."
  4. Scroll down and tap, "Deactivate Account."
  5. Follow the next steps to withdraw your account balance after closing your positions.
  6. Once your positions are closed and your balance is at $0.00, you can confirm your request to deactivate your Robinhood account.

Note: To avoid possible transfer reversals, Robinhood recommends linking checking accounts rather than savings accounts.

Using iOS to Unlink a Banking Account from Robinhood

  1. Tap the "Account" icon, found at the right-hand bottom corner of the app.
  2. Tap "Transfers."
  3. Scroll down to the bottom and tap, "Linked Accounts."

  5. Tap the red "Unlink" option.

  2. A menu will pop up, select "Banking."
  3. Under "Linked Accounts" click the "Remove" button for the bank account you would like to unlink.

How to Transfer Your Robinhood Account to a Different Brokerage
