Kohl's Return Policy
You must return electronic items within 30 days of the Cyber Monday sale in its original packaging. You must also include your receipt or an account lookup. Kohl's staff will try to find a record of your purchase and, if they can, you will still be eligible for a refund. If they cannot, you may still be eligible for credit based on the lowest 13 week sale price of the item.
Purchases made with gift cards are ineligible for refunds. Instead, you will receive either an equivalent exchange or credit.

If you purchased the item in a Kohl's store then you must return it to Kohl's store, though it does not need to be the one you purchased it from. Once you make the return you will receive either a refund or an equivalent exchange.
