It can be frustrating to realize after a Frontier Airlines flight that you were charged for something you don't believe you should have paid for. Prompt action is necessary to try to get your money back. Here are the steps you can take to start the process of requesting a refund.
Go to the Frontier Airlines website.
Scroll down the Frontier Airlines homepage until you spot the "Need Help?" section. It's right below the "Get to Know Us" section.
Look for the "Customer Service" link in the "Need Help?" section. It should be the first option, directly below the header and above "Tips and FAQs."
Click on the "Customer Service" link, which will take you to the "Customer Service" page.
Scroll down on the "Customer Service" page until you spot the "More Options" header. It says "Get help for special situations below." directly underneath it.
Look for the box with the "Refund Request" header. It says "Request a refund" and has a right-pointing arrow.
Click on "Refund Request" or the right-pointing arrow to go to the "Refund Options" page.
Scroll all the way down on the "Refund Options" page until you find the green-and-white "Apply for a Refund" box.
Click on the "Apply for a Refund" box. Doing so will expand the information below it.
Scroll through the section until you find the small green-and-white "Apply for a Refund" box.
Click on the "Apply for a Refund" box. This will take you to the refund request form.
Before you start filling out the form, read the details at the top of the page.
The first part of the form you need to fill out is "Reason for Request." Most of the choices pertain to the flight itself. Look for the option that says "I don't see my option here" and click on it.
Fill out the rest of the form, then submit it. If you need further assistance, please move on to Step 15.
If you need assistance, reach out to Frontier Airlines customer support. A representative can discuss your situation and recommend the next steps for requesting a refund for the in-flight charge. Let them know what you've already tried doing as part of the process.
If you believe you were incorrectly charged, don't delay in requesting a refund from Frontier Airlines. The sooner you submit your request, the sooner you can learn whether you'll receive your money back.
GetHuman has been working for over 10 years on sourcing information about big organizations like Comcast in order to help customers resolve customer service issues faster. We started with contact information and fastest ways to reach a human at big companies. Particularly ones with slow or complicated IVR or phone menu systems. Or companies that have self-serve help forums instead of a customer service department. From there, we realized that consumers still needed more detailed help solving the most common problems, so we expanded to this set of guides, which grows every day. And if you spot any issues with our What do I do if my Xfinity TV or internet is out? guide, please let us know by sending us feedback. We want to be as helpful as possible. If you appreciated this guide, please share it with your favorite people. Our free information and tools is powered by you, the customer. The more people that use it, the better it gets.
After helping consumers for 10 years, we realized that you need an impartial, live person you can talk to about comparing the various TV, cable, Internet and phone plans in your area- somebody who can compare the best deals across telecom providers. So we created a free concierge service you can call at the phone number below.
