How Do I Fix an Error on My Booking with Frontier Airlines?

If you finished booking a flight on Frontier Airlines and realized too late that you made a mistake, it is possible to change the details of your flight. Read on to find out how.

If You Need to Change the Name on Your Ticket

If the flight itinerary is correct but you bought the ticket under the wrong name, you can get the name changed by calling Frontier's customer service number. It will cost you an extra $75 to make the change.

If You Need to Change Your Itinerary

  1. Go to Frontier's home page.
  2. Hover your cursor over the Travel link in the navigation bar at the top of the page. A drop down menu will appear.
  3. Click on Manage Trip under the My Trips header.
  4. Click on the Review / Change button under the My Trip header about halfway down on the left side of the page.
  5. Enter your last name in the text box on the left of the My Trip / Check In widget.
  6. Enter your confirmation code in the text box on the right.
  7. Click on the Search button.
  8. Make any needed changes to the itinerary on the page you are taken to.

Please note that if your new itinerary is more expensive than the one you had previously purchased, you will need to pay the difference. If the new itinerary is less expensive than the old one, you simply lose the difference in price, you do not get any credit. If you make the change sixty or more days prior to your departure, there will be no fee for making the change. If you make the change between 14 and 59 days before your departure, you will have to pay a fee of $79. If you make the change less than 14 days before your departure then you will have to pay a fee of $119.
