How Do I Check the Status of My Delivery from Delivery.com?

If you need to check on the status of a Delivery.com order, especially one scheduled ahead of time, check your email and text messages first. This lets you know if there's a problem with a scheduled order. If you need to check the status of a late or missing order, contact the merchant directly using the phone number provided in the email confirmation. The business should be able to check on your order and give you any updates, as well as allowing you to amend or cancel an order.

Delivery.com interfaces with local businesses to help restaurants, liquor stores, grocery stores, and laundry services arrange for pickup and delivery of various orders placed by their customers. Customers can request their order be delivered "ASAP," or schedule pickup and delivery for a future date. If you wish to know the status of your Delivery.com order, you have several options.

Scheduled Order

Delivery.com does not pass scheduled orders onto the merchant until approximately an hour before the scheduled delivery or pickup time. While this works out most of the time, sometimes the merchant finds themselves unable to complete the order at the time they receive it. When this happens, Delivery.com lets you know as soon as possible, usually via text. If you want to know the status of a scheduled order that is supposed to arrive soon, check your phone for any missed texts.

Email and Text Confirmations

When you place an order with Delivery.com, you will receive a confirmation notice in your email box. If you don't see the email, make sure to check your spam folder, Promotions tab, or any filters that might have caught the email. Double check that you've given Delivery.com the proper email address, as well. You can also opt in to receiving text messages from Delivery.com, and if you do this, you'll receive a text when the store confirms they received your order and are now working to fulfill it.

Late or Missing Orders

If your order is late or missing, Delivery.com recommends contacting the merchant directly first. The store phone number should be included in the email confirmation you received. If you cannot find the email, look up the merchant's number via Google, Yelp, or, if they have one, their own GetHuman page. Have your order confirmation email ready when you speak to the business, as they may need your confirmation number. When you call, they should be able to provide an update as to the status of your order. This is also the best way to amend or cancel any orders.
