Thank you "gethuman-khauser". Listen to his advice. This works. I fought with the BS robot crap for 10 minutes and it hung up on me the first time and tried to get me again when I called back. I told it I wasn't calling about the mentioned package and then said complaint and I'm on hold now.

I work for the USPS. The phone number 800-610-8734 will take you to the supplies department! They will not be able to assist you with anything besides ordering supplies or tracking the status of a supply order! So if you need help tracking a package, call 1-800-275-8777, say package and then say other package questions, and that'll transfer you to a live rep. If you need customer service. Call 1-800-275-8777 and say complaint, as soon as you say complaint that will transfer you to a live rep with customer service!
