Thanks for the tip-complaint works (main menu only)-
You Dial 1-800-275-8777- as soon as the automated machine say what you need say package---------gives you new menu there choose the other package questions---------gives disclaimer then it transfers to actual customer service not the supply line, some people are kinda dumb at using the automated machine apparently........ you don't deserve the help if your that dumb.-
The automatic system refuses customers to talk to a live person. They need to fix that problem.-
