I was gifted a 90-day subscription to Proactiv by a well-meaning aunt, but I really have no idea how to get started with the service. I certainly do have an acne issue and hope this works for me, but I need some guidance to set up my account and order products. I have browsed through the website, and while I like the layout, I prefer to talk to someone who can guide me through the process. Since I didn't subscribe, I really just need to understand how all this works. 

Therefore, I called this phone number hoping that I could talk to someone. Now I'm sure Proactiv gets a lot of phone calls from people who have ordered or just have general questions, but they still offer great service. I didn't have to wait long, and the agent was friendly and quick to help me. It made me feel a lot better about using the service. 

When I called, a recorded voice assistant immediately picked up and said, "Thank you for contacting Proactive. Our customer support hours have recently hanged. Our amazing support team is now available from 9 am to 10 pm EST. You can find the terms and conditions regarding our products on our website. Our goal is to provide 5-star service. Please confirm that you want to receive our text survey by saying yes or no."

I pressed no because I didn't have time for that, and then it told me, "Thank you for your selection, for English press 1. For Spanish press 2. For French Canadian press 3." After choosing English, the automated message stated, "For future reference, the member website has lots of self-service options. Be sure to check it out at" Then hold music started to play that wasn't too bad, it was like flute music. After about a minute Juan picked up. He had an accent, but he spoke slowly and carefully and was a great help.
