I recently received a letter for my 15-year-old daughter from your company demanding a £29.99 payment (Customer number [redacted]20). I had previously contacted your company regarding this matter as the products had caused skin issues for my daughter, resulting in permanent scars on her face. I was assured the account was corrected. Receiving demanding letters addressed to my teenage daughter is unacceptable, especially after I had requested the details to be updated, which I was told had been done. My daughter is now undergoing medical treatment for her skin problems that worsened with your products. I hope to resolve this issue without escalation, but I will take further action if the letters persist, considering I was informed the account was closed months ago. I made a purchase from Proactive while in the United States, which was meant to be a one-time transaction. I did not authorize any automatic charges on my card. Currently in Colombia, I see an overdraft on my account due to Proactive deducting money without my consent, resulting in additional bank charges. I kindly request a refund of the deducted amount by Proactive and ask for no further charges on my card. I also wish for a Spanish-speaking Proactive representative to contact me at +[redacted]24 to update me on my request status.

I made a purchase from Proactiv on March 2nd, and $27.86 was deducted from my account. Today, when I contacted customer service, I spoke with a representative who had a foreign accent. She claimed that the initial charge did not go through, resulting in the order not being completed yet. However, I am perplexed as to why $27.86 was debited from my account if the transaction was incomplete. Furthermore, despite her assertion that I was not charged previously, my bank statement indicates otherwise. To add to my confusion, an additional $21.35 was deducted on March 6th for the same unresolved order. I am seeking a refund of $27.86 for the purported initial order that was not processed as claimed.

I purchased a 3-month supply of Proactiv with the promotional offer for a free electronic brush, but I have not yet received it despite paying for next day shipping on March 27, [redacted]. My order confirmation number is DWPA08C8F36. I am wondering why it has not arrived yet and if there was an issue, a notification would have been appreciated. It would be professional to inform customers of any delays. The only email I have received states that my order is being processed. If delays were expected, it would have been helpful to know in advance to avoid the extra $15 next day shipping fee. I hope to receive a prompt response. Thank you - J.

I tried Proactiv MD, hoping to clear up the problematic skin on the left side of my face. Unfortunately, my skin has worsened. After cancelling my subscription, the representative sent me a dark spot remover without my request. I wasn't offered a refund, and now I believe a lighter formula like sensitive skin Proactiv might have been more suitable.
I am disappointed that during the cancellation process, there was no mention of alternatives. I am open to trying another month's supply to see if it can rectify the current skin issues before deciding on renewing my subscription. I have visual evidence of the situation. I would appreciate it if your company could take my feedback into consideration and potentially provide a solution.

I am having trouble accessing my account since I no longer have access to the email linked to it. As a result of a recent disaster, I am currently displaced from my home. I have engaged in three conversations with agents on the website, and it appears that my email and other account details have been altered without my knowledge. Despite this, I have not received any email with a temporary password to regain entry to my account. Following a call to the [redacted] number and providing additional information, I was informed that I need to wait for a follow-up call from the company. Unfortunately, I remain locked out of my account and unable to take any actions within it. Additionally, after my last order was redirected to my temporary address, I was billed for another cash on delivery shipping fee. I am struggling to find assistance from anyone able to resolve these issues, leading me to consider canceling payments on my credit card. I am feeling very uncertain and concerned about whether I am being deceived. Can the individuals on the chat support be trusted, or is this a scam? I am desperate to find a resolution to this situation.

I have discovered fraudulent charges on my credit card for purchases made by someone in another state. I have tried to contact the company multiple times, but I have been on hold for extended periods without any resolution. Despite being promised a call back, I have not received any. I placed an order for a Proactiv kit for my daughter more than a week ago. When I asked about the delivery status via Chat two days ago, the representative promised that someone would contact me the next day, but no one did. Now, when attempting to check the status online on my Proactiv account, I'm blocked from viewing any information. This is unacceptable. Have I been scammed by Proactiv? I have encountered a problem with my recent shipment. I have been unable to connect with anyone as all the phone lines are constantly busy, and my online form submissions and chat attempts have gone unanswered. I am very troubled by the lack of communication from your end.
In my order number [redacted]2 placed on 1-14-[redacted], I received an incomplete package despite being charged the full amount to my credit card. I was meant to receive the full 3 step kit every refill cycle, however, I only received the Cleanser, no repair, and a small Revitalizing toner instead of the 4 oz bottle.
As a loyal customer of Proactiv for 25 years, I find this level of service unacceptable. I urge for prompt assistance and the correct products to be sent to me. It is crucial to have a reliable channel of communication, especially in situations where mistakes have occurred.

I ordered a complete kit a while back, but I only received a 30-day trial instead of the 90-day supply I usually purchase. As a professional MMA fighter, I go through the products quickly and need the full supply as I wash my face more frequently. I've been waiting for the correct shipment for over 4 months now, and keep receiving the wrong items or small sizes. If the larger sizes were unavailable, I'd appreciate a refund for the difference. Please rectify this situation by sending the correct supply and include the facial brush cleanser with a functional bristle head. The brush I received initially never worked, so I'm hoping for a replacement that functions properly.
