I bought a "Build a Reputation" package from but upon reading reviews and talking to my friends and family I'm not sure that it's a good idea anymore. I looked up the company's BBB rating, and that made me more uncomfortable. I know that the online world is hard, so the package may help my online presence, but it's been a few weeks and I haven't really seen any steps in the right direction.
