I have a charge on my credit card statement from the Disney Movie Club, but I don't know what this service is nor do I think that I bought something from them. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time I heard it.
There was no other way for me to enter anything to talk to an agent as none of these options worked. I kept trying to talk over the service or press the numbers.
